Every photo of this product shows 3 squares of soap. I was very surprised when I only got 1 bar in my order…and for that price! I would normally not spend that much on a singular small square of soap…thought I was getting 3.

It is a very bad product to use on your face. Don’t buy.

This soap has quickly become a staple in my skincare routine.
First of all, the scent is amazing – it’s earthy and herbal, but also refreshing and invigorating. It’s the perfect way to start my day and wake up my senses.
The soap itself is also incredibly moisturizing and gentle on my skin. It lathers up nicely and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, without any dryness or tightness.
But what really sets mugwort soap apart is its unique properties. Mugwort is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, making it a great choice for those with sensitive or acne-prone skin. I’ve noticed a visible improvement in the clarity and texture of my skin since I started using this soap.
Overall, I highly recommend mugwort soap to anyone looking for a natural and effective way to care for their skin. It’s a cool and unique product that delivers real results, while also providing a luxurious and enjoyable experience. Give it a try – your skin will thank you!

This bar smelled AMAZING. I thought I was getting three and not just ONE. For the price.. well, it’s pricey but I can see why. Felt great on skin and it was definitely gone ASAP in my household.

This soap arrives fully boxed. Remove the soap from the box and then unwrap it from the tissue paper. (Tons of attention to detail!) Recycle the box and the paper and then just enjoy the scent of this soap. Wow! It’s lightly spicy and a lot delicious in fragrance!
As you use this, you will note how clean your skin feels, but you will also note that at no point does your skin feel dried out or taut. This is the hallmark of a very good soap: it cleans, but it also protects your skin.
Between the fragrance (incredible!) and the clean feeling, I very highly recommended this excellent soap! Wow!

I opened this bar and it was nicely wrapped in tissue with a desiccant packet, which I hadn’t seen done before and I am not sure it was necessary. The soap is chunky and almost too big for my hand but I don’t mind that since it will slowly melt to an easier to hold size. The lather is nice and rich and it was not drying. I found the fragrance to be nice and naturally herb-y. I thought it odd that mugwort was not on the ingredient list, though wormwood powder is. Wormwood is artemisia absinthium and mugwort is artemisia vulgaris. I am not a plant expert, but I don’t think they are the same thing. So either the ingredient list is incorrect or the soap’s name is. Not a big deal to me either way, but if it matters to you, take note. Lastly, I used to sell homemade soap and though this bar has great ingredients that deserve a decent price point, I think it is a bit overpriced.

I have sensitive combination skin and it can be hard to find a true soap that doesn’t dry out my skin. So far, this soap has really worked well. It gives a deeper clean than a cleanser or an oil and that’s what I would expect from a soap, but I also typically find the trade off is dryness that I have to counter balance with extra moisturizers. That simply isn’t the case here as this has left my skin feeling clean and moisturized. I also have not experienced any redness that my sensitive skin can sometimes have when trying new products.
The soap is packaged in a nice kraft cardstock box. Inside it is wrapped in tissue that is sealed with a sticker. The packaging is more of a natural meets luxury feel. The overwhelming scent that you get when you first open is lavender. It’s a good choice since it pairs nicely with the earthy mugwort. It’s a pretty standard size square for a handmade type soap and it doesn’t take much to lease your face, so I feel it will last a decently long time.

I love the fragrance. This soap lathers perfectly and my skin felt silky, I didn’t need to lotion after using it.
