I have only been using this soap for about a week but I see a slight difference in my complexion already. The soap is big and there was some crumbling when I first took it out of the package. This was probably because it got bumped around in transit. The soap forms a thin lather that has more like a lotion feel when you put it on your face. The bar is large so I think it will last me awhile. It is a little drying so you should follow it with a moisturizer or serum. I wash my face two times a day with it. So far, I am extremely happy with its performance.

I really like the smell and the lather of this soap. It is a nice size bar of soap, not tiny at all. Not sure of the benefits yet, but here’s hoping.

This soap cleans well and overall I like it. I don’t think it really does anything when it comes to “skin brightening” but it does make my skin feel soft and clean. The scent is interesting to say the least. It’s not bad, just different, and strong. The price is quite high in my opinion for what you’re getting.

I was afraid this would smell like turmeric – a very earthy type of scent. But it smells nothing like. It has a nice sweet fruity type of smell. The bar itself looks good too – it has an artisanal look and a nice soft orange color. The soap lathers on nicely. It’s way better than I was expecting. And hopefully it has skin benefits too.

So I bought this soap and I think it works pretty well and get the job done BUT I would be careful about putting it on active acne or acne that’s just popped because it can cause a burning/tingling sensation. It’s usually resolved by following up with Moisturizer. This bar of soap is actually bigger than a normal bar of soap. It actually wouldn’t fit in a regular soap container so you’ll be good for a while. The smell of this soap kind of scared me because it’s a lot more fragrant than “regular” tumeric soap. I think there might be some added entail oils in it. Other than the above it’s a pretty good soap. 9.5/10 would buy again (when it runs out in 5 years lol)

I was actually disappointed at first because I was waiting for that turmeric smell to hit and it’s very much NOT that. I got a very subtle whiff of it but mostly it’s just a pleasant, fresh orange smell which I have come to like very much. I was also scared that the soap would stain my skin or clothes like fresh turmeric does, but am happy to report that is not the case.
This is a good, adult sized bar that works into a pretty decent lather. Some natural soaps take a long time to get any lather and then have trouble sustaining it, but this one does it fairly quickly, with little water and stays bubbly. I have oily skin and this left me feeling refreshed and clean with just enough moisture left. I’m hopeful it will work with dark spots on my body as well.
Overall, I think this is definitely worth a shot and if I have any noticeable benefits, I will be purchasing more.
