I bought this soap, because fell in love with it while staying at a hotel in MS. The scent was heavenly. I was elated to find that it is being sold on amazon. However, the fragrance I fell in love with in non-existent. I will not be purchasing it again and wish I could return the 2nd bar. I’m beginning to think that this soap is old; what other justification could there be for the lack of fragrance?

I purchased this soap as a compliment to the Body Wash by the same company and same product line. Even the same scent.
The Body Wash has a very nice scent to it, and my wife tells me that she feels like it is a very good product. However, I felt that you also needed to have soap – for the many times when you just want to wash your hands or wash your face. (My wife would probably say that if you use “soap” to wash your face, then you need to reapply a moisturizer too. I like being a man, instead. One bar of good old hard soap for everything. Done)
This soap produces a rich lather made of tight, tiny bubbles. (I would imagine you can use less soap over the hard bars of soap I use.) And, I should mention, this rich lather that the soap makes, smells great!
Animal free testing (or at least cruelty-free) is very important to me. Perhaps the most important. (I have seen things I prefer not to remember.)
If you are looking for a really nice treat for yourself or a loved one, this is a remarkably simple yet personal and inviting to do. It’s one of those “simple pleasures in life” kind of thing. I would suggest you look at the entire product line, in order to see if there are other products in the same family line. If they are as wonderful as the Soap and the Body Wash, I don’t see how you could go wrong!

I first found out about this in w hotel in Waco Tx. They had the full line there. Body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as citrus lotion. Well , I finally ran out and found it…..so I bought some. I really think you will like this soap as well as the other fine products they have.
