I had to switch all of my soaps to hypoallergenic so this soap has been gentle on my hands. I’ve actually been using it as a hand soap and I dilute it with water cause it’s better cost wise than buying the hand soap. Even diluted, it still soaps and lathers A LOT. Thing is, it does accumulate residue on the dispenser rather quickly so I have to constantly rinse down the dispenser. Other than that, I do recommend.

We have used various brands over the years – most recently before this one, it was Mrs. Meyers – and none beat Seventh Generation for its awesome cleaning power with zero stinky smell (looking at you, Mrs. M, in spite of your cute marketing). We’ve been getting Seventh Generation for a couple of years now and continue to be very pleased.

I love this dish soap and have subscribed for repeat purchases. It’s very gentle on the skin and has a mild, pleasant scent. It’s made by the trusted brand “Seventh Generation,” and I feel confident using it.

I’ve been using Seventh Generation Free & Clear Dish Liquid Soap for a while now, and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. I love that it’s fragrance-free and gentle on my hands, especially since I do a lot of dishwashing. Even though it’s free from harsh chemicals, it still cuts through grease effectively and leaves my dishes spotless.
The pack of 6 is a great value, and I appreciate that the formula is safe for the environment without compromising cleaning power. If you’re looking for a dish soap that’s tough on grease but gentle on your skin and the planet, I highly recommend this one!

After decades, Dawn changed their fragrance and it is horrible. I get migraines from most fragrances and the new Dawn caused me a lot of issues instantly. I started looking for fragrance free detergent and found this one. The reviews were mixed, mainly around shipping, but I decided to try it out anyway.
It does a great job and is gentle on your hands. I can forget to wear gloves on occasionally and it doesn’t strip the natural oils from my skin like Dawn did. It cleans well, but sometimes you have to soak it longer than you did with Dawn for pots and pans but it does clean well for everyday dishes.
There is a smell but it isn’t a fragrance, just the natural smells of the cleaner which doesn’t linger and isn’t unpleasant. I actually don’t mind it and I’m very sensitive to fragrances even natural ones. I like this so much that I put it on the subscribe and save feature.

I dilute 1 part soap with 4 parts water, stir well, and fill a foaming dispenser. I use it to hand wash pots and pans and knives in small quantities, as everything else tends to go into the dishwasher. Gets dishes clean. Rinses away cleanly and easily, leaving no residue. Doesn’t irritate my skin. Doesn’t smell like anything. Effective and economical.

We really like Seventh Generation products! They used plant-based ingredients for everything, even the fragrance – the one we ordered is lime & ginger scented. And the plastic bottle is 100% made from recycled plastic. It works great and is safe for our septic system (no harmful dyes or ingredients that cause excessive suds (bad for septic systems and the environment). Highly recommend this dish liquid! And it’s made in the USA – Vermont!

I have been trying to be more green for the new year . This dish soap does clean the dishes well, less sudds than other brands but works well.
