I just came back from a trip from NYC to Rome and was willing to try anything to avoid jet lag. I have tried melatonin in the past, but it gives me crazy dreams and I wake up so groggy. I was looking up alternatives when I came across this product. I thought “why not?” and ordered it on the flight for when I arrived back at home. It came the next day (thank you Amazon!) and I took one before I went to sleep. One of my biggest problems anytime I am trying to get a really good night’s rest is thinking about how much I hope I get a good night’s rest, which only makes me stressed and keeps me up. After drinking Ryde Relax, I fell asleep with no problem, completely stress free! I thought it might be a fluke, so I have since tried it again before bed and it worked effortlessly. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing to destress before bed or a hectic day!

I don’t normally buy products like these, but was interested in trying out the relax flavor of the shots. I like the packaging, it is fun and feels premium. I like the flavor of the shots as well and especially appreciate that there are no calories to this. I did take a couple of shots in the evening and I did feel a sense of relaxation. I probably would not buy these to use every day, but are a nice treat to help if you are having a particularly stressful week.

Tried the Ryde Relax and really helped with winding down after a busy day. The size of the shots are perfect and flavoring was pleasant – not overpowering, which was great. I noticed a significant difference and definitely a great and faster alternative to help relax.

I tried this product before bed last night. First of all, the raspberry flavor tastes GREAT! After about 10 minutes I began to feel super relaxed and was able to drift off to sleep easily about 40 minutes after drinking. What I liked most is that I didn’t feel groggy the next morning. Definitely recommend!

A friend told me to try Ryde to help with my menopausal symptoms, of tiredness, brain fog and lack of sleep. I am pleasantly surprised! The Energize gave me the energy to get through the day without feeling any jittery side affects. It was perfect! I took Relax before bedtime and it helped take the day’s edge off and prepared me for a good night’s sleep. Focus helped get me through a long list of “to dos” that I had been putting off. Each formula has its own pleasant flavor. They come in metal cans that are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Throw them in your purse, gym bag and take them with you while on the go or traveling. I’m a big a fan.

I was drawn to Ryde because the packaging caught my eye. Before I knew it, I added it to my cart because I’m always looking for things to help me get through my day. The Ryde Discovery pack allows you to try three of their products that address the pain points found in a usual day. Energy, maintaining focus, and relaxing. What I loved about this product is that they come in these tiny 2oz metal bottles that just feel good in your hand. Most other shots on the market feel cheaply manufactured, but these have some heft to it that make you feel like you’re getting a quality product.
The first one I tried out of the gate was Focus because I had reached that midway point in my afternoon where I usually grab an energy drink to power through. The taste reminded me of the old school drink Tang. Citrusy and not too sweet. What was remarkable to me was that I had several pressing deadlines and I could feel myself starting to get distracted. About 20 minutes after I took the Focus shot, and I was in the zone. No more distractions… just me ticking off my to-do list like a champ.
The next shot I tried was Relax which has a delightful raspberry flavor. I took this before hopping into a detox bath. While the bath always helps me wind down after a tough day, adding Relax to the mix took it to another level. Kinda like that feeling you get in Savasana after a hard yoga session. I was in a total zen state. It was amazing.
I still have Energize to try but if it’s anything like the first 2, I’m sold. Appreciate having the Discovery pack so I could try them all and figure out which products work best for me.

Energize is great for a mid-day pick up and Relax is perfect at the end of the day. They are easy to drink, but taste best chilled. The bottles are convenient for taking to work or traveling. My husband drank the Relax before having dental work done and he really thought it helped!
