- 4-HOUR ALLERGY MEDICINE: Rugby Aller-chlor tablets temporarily relieve these symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat.
- ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Each tablet contains 4 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine.
- HOW TO USE: Take every 4 to 6 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 tablet. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take 1/2 tablet (break tablet in half). Do not exceed 3 whole tablets in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: do not use.

This may be an old drug from decades ago but it still works for me. I’ve tried Claritin and Zertec, they do nothing for me…I’ll stick with the cheap stuff…note I do have ADHD and normally react to benadryl in a hyper way, it does not make me drowsy.
