    I honestly like all the scents and flavors. The Mandarin rose is my fave, reminds me of the tea Constant Comment. I like using the mint at bedtime after brushing my teeth, so refreshing. I use the regular rose under lip color, nothing too special about this one. I think the one in the tin is rosier in flavor and scent than the tube version. Moisture lasts a long time for me. I’ve noticed my lips will still be moist in the morning after applying at nighttime, but throughout the day I need to apply frequently.

    This lip balm is the bomb. Slide it on, stays liquid in the coldest of weather and certainly kept my lips from cracking and peeling. Don’t find it has much of a ‘flavor’ and the scent doesn’t bother me. Probably because it works. Highly recommend this product. I’m older than 50, so I’ve the experience.

    I originally bought the “Brambleberry” version of these Smith’s balms because I loved the sweet colors on the packaging. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it smelled like a scented candle to me, which bothered me too much to continue using it. Not wanting to give up on these, I ordered this 3-pack of balms from Amazon. Out of the box, I first tried the “Minted Rose” scent and LOVE it! Then I tried the “Rose & Mandarin” which I did not like at all…it reminds me of a mandarin flavored tea that I also did not care for. If you like mandarin flavored tea, you might like this one. I haven’t tried the original “Rose” scent yet, but will update if I do (I might gift that one). I think these are the best tinted lip balms I’ve found – and as far as tinted lip balms go, the formula itself is tied with Vaseline Rosy Tint, but Vaseline Rosy Tint only comes in a tin or tub, and I much prefer applying directly to my lips rather than dipping my finger into the product. Also, the packaging of the Smith’s balms is way prettier. Weighing these factors, Smith’s “Minted Rose” balm has been a winner for me!

    UPDATE 2/22/23:
    Still LOVE this stuff – the “Minted Rose” is the only thing I use, ever at all, everyday, several times a day. This lip balm is a winner!

    I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve been using this since high school (2007)

    This brand is amazing. It’s got a nice shine to it so I wouldn’t give it for your hubby to use in public haha. But it’s light and makes your lips super soft!

    I love these lip balms especially the blue one…perfect for the cold months around the corner. I noticed a little difference with the light blue and yellow cap – they make my lips a little flaky…would probably recommend the dark blue 3 pack.
