This stuff is seriously delicious. I tried the apple pomegranate and I love the tart flavor. I also like that it’s sweetened with Stevia since that’s my go to sweetener. I mix it up by taking my large Yeti, filling it up with ice, and then adding a packet of Wake and whatever water fits. It’s probably more than 10 -12 ounces but I still get great flavor. It’s gentler on my stomach than a cup of coffee, and less artificially sweet tasting than a canned energy drink. These packets may be my new morning ritual. They’re also really convenient and great for travel. I’m definitely slipping some in my suitcase on my next weekend away. At around $1.50 a serving it’s slightly more expensive than my home brew coffee but less expensive than a can of energy drink.

I’ve tried some really gnarly-tasting energy drink mixes lately, but these Rookie Wellness Wake Natural Energy Drink Powder packets taste great! I ordered the “Pomegranate Apple” flavor and it’s really nice, and strong enough that you can actually add a bit more than the 10-12oz of water they recommend for a lighter flavor – I like to use closer to 14-16oz of water and add ice too. Each packet contains 125mg of caffeine, so a good jolt – more than a cup of coffee. Nice, simple, natural ingredients with no unnecessary funny stuff. The packets are small and easy to tear open, so you can toss them into a bag or backpack and mix them up on the go! I’ll be taking these on long bike rides this summer for when I refill my water bottle along the trails!

I wasn’t a fan of the flavor or the way it made my mouth feel after I’d tasted it. I didn’t notice a significant energy boost, but I’m decidedly resistant to caffeine, so this may work better for other people!

This tastes good – I got the apple pomegranate flavor – I think people should put what flavor they got – this one has a slight tart taste that I think masks the stevia – stevia is better for you that artificial sweeteners but it is strong tasting – very strong with an aftertaste and I can still taste the stevia. I had to mix this up a lot to get it to dissolve. I like that it tells you how much caffeine there is (125mg). I love the flavor – what I can’t get over is all the people in reviews saying these are “cheap” – sure it’s cheaper than a cup of coffee if you are buying it at you know where but it’s not cheaper than a home brewed coffee- I think this product is great but really expensive because you can get other refreshers type packets for much less. Do they taste as good? No. Do they have as many ingredients – I like that this has guarana and vitamin B for energy – no. Are they a heck of a lot cheaper- yes. Price is the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars – a great product and maybe you get what you pay for but I think the price point is high.

This product has made me love water again and is such a game changer when it comes to needing that energy boost throughout the day. I love the jar for being able to choose the concentration in my hydro flask and the to-go sticks for the convenience. It seriously tastes so good and that usual lag in energy I get in the afternoon hasn’t come back in almost 9 months since I started using this. It’s a great way to stay hydrated, avoid the usual ways of getting my caffeine fix, and I love all the extra health benefits this gives me🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m always skeptical about clean products because a lot of the time they taste bad but this not only tasted amazing but made me feel so good! They taste very similar to Starbucks refreshers but just better and no sugar! I will be buying more of their products!
