Bought this on a whim after seeing a recommendation from reddit. I was nervous because other deodorants have given me reactions but this one hasn’t. It also does what it says and helps with smell but also the discolourzation of my underarms. Mind you its not immediate but after using this for months my underarms are lighter. The only con is that I feel like I go through with it too soon.

I bought it because I thought it would lighten my armpits. I’ve used it for 9 days and I have not seen any change but the worse part is that it’s not working to prevent me from smelling bad. I go to work and when I get home that’s when I realize that I smell. It might be a good product but it didn’t work for me.

Please don’t change the formula! You have no idea how fantastic this product has been for me. I’m a sweaty woman who has struggled for years to find a good aluminum-free deodorant that works. Bear in mind I live in Texas and the summers are brutal. You name it and I’ve tried it. My friend recommended I get a deodorant with AHA so I searched on Amazon and found this. I’m so glad I bought this. Please do not change the formula! It’s perfect! It’s so incredibly freeing not to have to worry about my armpits smelling bad halfway through the day on a July in Texas. This is absolutely life-changing. This works. I also have sensitive skin and this surprisingly did not upset my skin at all. An added benefit is it lightened up the pigment of my armpits.

This is great! Due to a medication I take, I tend to sweat a lot lately. I stoped using antiperspirants with aluminum in them a decade ago, and have since been using mineral deodorants.
I’ve been working on having a better skin care routine, which means I’ve learned about the benefits of AHAs against bacteria. So, when I heard about “underarm toner” I was intrigued. I saw some ads for expensive brands online, but didn’t want to spend so much to give it a try.
With this product, I notice much less underarm stink. I do still tend to smell a little after sweating for a while, but also I have armpit hair, which can hold on to smells easily. I also don’t use it every day because I tend to shower every other.
I’ve used it on other areas of my body (hello under boob sweat!) and it’s been good for that, too.
I like that it is unscented, and easy to apply. Will be purchasing again.

I don’t experience any irritation. I work a physical job, on my feet for 8 hours, walking 20-25K steps daily, lots of lifting, pulling, etc. I don’t experience any body odor using this product and I don’t need to reapply. I sweat a little bit of course but not a lot. I don’t mind sweating. When I remember to use Benzyl Peroxide soap at night, this works great as a pair. Highly recommended this. Great product. No stinging. No burning. No rashes. No irritation for me. Love that it’s fragrance-free.

When I bought this product for the first time, I was left amazed. It was a worth-buying product at that time. Its smell was so soft, strong and long lasting that i felt myself fresh throughout the day. Now, I have bought it for the second time. I am a little bit disappointed right now. I liked this product because of the smell. But this time, it feels like it has no smell, if it has, then, there is the least noticeable amount of smell in it.
I want to buy this product again, but I am confused to buy it because of my recent experience.

I have struggled with BO for several years. I’ve used every shelf brand, their clinical strength variants, natural deodorants, etc. Nothing has worked and several have left my skin itchy and irritated. I’ve been using this product for 4 days. I had some BO (more of a light musk) the first night… and that’s it. I’ve gone through 3 days without BO. One day was even spent hiking in 80 degree heat. NO ODOR and NO irritation.
The dry time has taken a bit to get used to, but is a small price to pay to finally be free of odor. Otherwise, it goes on smoothly and has lasted through the day.

I have tried SO many deodorants (*not antiperspirants*) and this one is the BEST I have found. I literally have an entire cabinet full of aluminum free deodorants I have tried, some expensive and some not, but each and every single one has something wrong with it. Either they do not keep odor away at all, they burn my underarms, they don’t smell good, they are too chalky or wet or thick or stain my clothing, etc. I truly believe that the acid in this roll on is what kills the odor causing bacteria and keeps it away for hours. I do sweat a lot and it smells bad. Even right after I shower and scrub my pits clean, I can sometimes still smell the BO. It has been years and years of a struggle to find the right deodorant for my body chemistry. I first tried the scented version of this and while it worked, I did not enjoy the scent and felt it was too strong and interfered with my perfume. This unscented version is what I have been looking for all along. After showering, I dry my armpits and roll this on a few times, then let it dry for a few minutes before getting dressed. Yes, you do have to let it dry because it is a liquid but once it is dried it does not stain your clothes or rub off. I will certainly take the few minutes a day to properly apply this over BO. I do have to say that if I wear it everyday for about a week, it does start to make my armpits a little red and itchy, but then I just take a break for a few days and it’s fine. I also tried the Drunk Elephant mandelic acid sweaty pitti and while I initially loved that, it burned my armpits eventually and made them itch intensely so unfortunately, I can no longer use that one. This one by Chemist at Play I have been using for a long time and have not had that reaction. I can usually get through most of the day without BO while using this product and I just hope they never stop making it!! I just ordered 3 more so I am well stocked for now.
