This supplement tastes just like honey, it’s very delicious and soothing. I can’t comment on its ability to reduce cough since I don’t have a cough at the moment but it really made me very sleepy after taking it. It was dead tired sleepy but it was more like a gradually falling asleep sleepy. I woke up feeling very refresh, and not at all tired or drowsy. This would be my go to supplement for whenever I have trouble sleeping.

Doesn’t knock you out like the regular robitussin from my childhood. But, did get me some much needed rest that i needed.
Good for that in between period of a cold (where you can do without mucinex, but still need something).
Didn’t give me that hangover effect the next morning, just felt really well rested.

Well I feel like a a dummy. I got excited when this showed up. Been experiencing some insomnia lately and usually I come down with a cold when this happens. I figured this would be ideal to take. So I was gearing up to take this and idk why, but I decide to look at ingredients. I noticed this has melatonin in it. So I opted not to drink any. I have adverse side effects to that ingredient- where it knocks me out for the night, but then I can’t sleep for weeks after. So sorry I can’t really say if it works. It does arrive sealed though, but no measuring come came with mine.

I am going back to the regular robitussin cough syrup. The natural robitussin cough syrup has a terrible taste. I do not recommend this.
