I’m on their “Nature-throid” as well with good results, so I tried using this product as well.
I’ve been using it the past couple of weeks, and I’ve had a much better sleep cycle. I also had less tension around my heart (which is always a good thing!!) I experienced a bit of water gain, but I stopped taking it for a couple of days, and it seemed to go away. Drinking enough water will eliminate water weight gain as well. I’ve also experienced smoother skin and hair since using this.

I suffered chronic inflammation from PMR (polymyalgia rheumatica) for 5 years, and the only thing that would relieve it was prednisone – a terrible drug with severe side effects. This is such a great product as iodine is integral to the health and well-being of everyone, but especially those of us with thyroid problems such as hashimotos disease. While you can get iodine naturally it is much more difficult now with so many processed foods. One of the best ways to ensure an adequate amount of iodine for everyone is to utilize himalayan or celtic sea sat–the most natural salts on the planet–both contain naturally occurring iodine and magnesium –necessary elements for good health. If you have a thyroid problem, I urge you go discuss with your doctor the possibility of adding iodine to your diet. I love this stuff and take one tablet per day in the morning with my thyroid medications

Dr recommended saved me from. surgery and no more pain nodules (I did an idoine test first to see the amount my integrated Dr recommended this. My painful nodules are gone. Haven’t had a follow up Ulta sound yet but this killed them. And it’s a good price don’t buy more expensive. I take 2.

I take one a day, upon the suggestion of my doctor. I have Hashimoto’s, and while some doctors advise against iodine with thyroid issues, it makes me feel better, more energy. Iodine is a natural element needed for the production of the thyroid hormone. I find that food sources of iodine give me a headache; my body can’t absorb the nutrition as well. This supplement is great, well absorbed.
Iodine is also a natural antiseptic. It’s antiviral. So there is that added benefit: killing off pathogens. I rarely get sick and I’m sure it keeps at bay viruses like Epstein-Barr that stay in your system and can wreak further havoc.
