I have been battling GI issues my whole life. But after having my son 3 years ago they became worst and I started going to a GI specialist. This is the probiotic they highly recommended and it works great. I have no unwanted side effects (gas, bloating, etc). It works instantly after the first dose. Takes away my nausea and discomfort from gastritis flare up. If you suffer from chronic nausea this is the probiotic for you.

Excellent stuff for helping to regulate your bowel. I had so much of a problem before I discovered probiotics, and I tried a few before settling on RisaQuad. It is like a generic version of Flora – Q, but much less money and does the same if not a better job!
From what I have read and can relate by experience, the use of probiotics counteracts he negative effects of foods we eat that destroy the active bacteria within your intestines. By taking probiotics, you are essentially counteracting the antibiotics that farmers medicate their livestock with that ends up getting into you through eating this medicated meat.
The presence of active bacteria helps break down food and enables it to pass through you with less issues than you have been experiencing. I also take psyllium capsules and together, these two have basically eliminated my issues.
