The excellent Boots Botanics “Hydration Burst” line, formulated specifically for dehydrated skin, was discontinued a few years back. This line, also from the UK, is a good replacement: it’s a gel creme, not terribly heavy, and is fragrance-free. This is best for someone who needs a lightweight formula; I’ve not tried it under foundation, and would recommend waiting 5 minutes before applying it over a serum, as I have occasionally had some pilling when I’ve been impatient.
Still, if your budget is a bit lean these days but you still want a vegan and fragrance-free face creme, this will do the trick without making you feel you’ve traded down.

Very light feeling,
Great if you dont like the feeling of heavy creams on your face or that tacky feeling you can get from some moisturisers.
Pleasant delicate sent, not over powering.
