Each 2 gummy serving contains 5 mg of Melatonin plus 51 mg of a botanical blend of Chamomile, Passion Flower and Lemon Balm. The gummies are fairly soft, easy to chew and swallow with no digestive issues. The gummies also contain 3 g of sugar, which I now feel is an unnecessary additive, given the large number of sugar substitutes that are now available. These gummies do have a proclivity to clump in the container, making it occasionally necessary to separate them in order to avoid a larger dose than is necessary.
The three additional botanicals: Chamomile, Passion Flower and Lemon Balm, have been a part of my calming trio of supplements for years. I find them safe to take, delicious in flavor, and most importantly, they seem to work and work well. Their addition to the melatonin is what interested me in these gummies.
The gummies have a pleasant, though hardly overwhelming blueberry flavor. I chew two gummies around 30 minutes before my desired sleep time. Melatonin is a hormone that appears to work by informing the brain that darkness is the time for falling asleep. I find its action to be quite subtle, and it doesn’t work for everyone. However, it is deemed to be safe and may be worth trying if you’re finding it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep: which is the main reason that I will occasionally reach for these melatonin gummies.

The product has a pleasant taste, maybe a bit too sweet. Some gummies being stuck together in a clump, making them difficult to separate. The clumping issue may be due to the manufacturer or storage conditions, but it doesn’t seem to affect the product’s effectiveness.

Even though the gummies arrived all melted into one large lump. They work extremely well, and they taste great.

These melatonin gummies definitely make me feel very sleepy in about 30 minutes – and sometimes I just take a half dose (1 gummy). In addition to the 5mg of melatonin, there is also a 51mg blend of chamomile, passionflower and lemon balm. The problem is that they are all stuck together in a huge clump. They can be pulled apart so they are usable, but … to me they also have a funky smell that is off-putting. Like maybe they are going bad? They don’t taste bad – but they definitely don’t taste like blueberry. Maybe I just got a bad bottle. I haven’t decided if I’ll try a second bottle when these are done.

I’m reviewing REVIVE EO Melatonin & Botanicals Sleep Gummy Supplement, by Revive Essential Oils with Chamomile, Lemon Balm & Passionflower – 5 mg Melatonin – Blueberry Flavored, 60 ct.
This supplement comes in the form of blueberry flavored, dome shaped gummies. A serving size is 2 gummies making this a 30 day supply.
There are 15 calories per serving with 3g total sugars including 2g added sugars from organic tapioca syrup and organic cane sugar. They’re sweet enough without being overly sweet.
I’ve been using pure melatonin capsules from the drugstore without much success. These gummies have added ingredients that are considered to have a calming effect including chamomile, lemon balm and passionflower and seem to be more effective at helping me stay asleep or return to sleep if I wake in the night than the drugstore version.
The gummies are slightly stuck together in the jar, but I didn’t have any difficulty pulling them apart in one piece.
They come in a clear plastic bottle with a child resistant lid which I appreciate since we have grandchildren visit, and they like gummies. I still keep them out of reach, but like the added layer of protection. The tamper-proof seal was intact. The EXP is 08/20/2025.

These gummies don’t taste horrible! Some gummies seem to and it’s almost unbearable. I take low-doses of Melatonin and a lot of the higher milligram gummies are too much for me. I like that each gummy provides 2.5mg of Melatonin so I can take 1/2 to 1 full gummy each evening to help me sleep. These seem to be pretty effective for sleep for me. It helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. When I have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom I am able to fall asleep again easily. Seems like it’s well made & sourced from reputable sources. No side effects noted. Good price!
