This is a great set of multivitamins, that are easy to take every day. The ingredients seem to be solid. There is no added junk ones in here that I can notice, like folic acid or anything of that matter. It’s a good well-rounded grouping of vitamins without too much excessive choices. I like to take two of them in the morning and two at night before bed. To spread the vitamins throughout the day. They do give that neon yellow, Mountain Dew looking color to my pee though. Just a heads up.

The recommended “dose” is 5 capsules with food but the large size means hubby can really only take them with liquid while making sure to eat something small. He said there’s no weird tastes and they went down smooth; however, he recommends spreading them out to 2 before eating and 3 after or something similar. He hasn’t been taking them long enough to really notice a difference in how he feels, but I have noticed a positive shift in his energy.

These supplements are high quality. They are easy to ingest and i have been using them with breakfast. No upset stomach or uneasiness.
The profile of composition seems good and the value seems plenty also. Would recommend.

The container holds 150 capsules, with each capsule measuring 0.8 inches in length and 0.25 inches in diameter. The suggested serving size is 5 capsules per day (1,500 mcg), which means there are a total of 30 servings in the bottle. However, I am concerned about the requirement to take 5 capsules daily. I typically take one multivitamin capsule each day, and I feel that taking five might be excessive unless I space them out throughout the day, but then it can be challenging to remember to take my vitamins or medications several times a day. That said, taking one capsule with lunch and another with dinner seems to be the easiest way to take this multivitamin for me. The capsules appear to be larger than the ones I’m used to, but so far, I haven’t experienced any adverse effects.
Obviously, it’s not realistic to fully evaluate this supplement, or any supplement for that matter, within just a week. However, here are my initial thoughts after taking two capsules each day.
First and foremost, I appreciate that it is manufactured in the U.S., which gives me some assurance that it has been properly tested. Additionally, it is GMP-certified by a third party. The ingredients used seem to be formulated for improved absorption. This supplement also includes ingredients that are not typically found in regular multivitamins and often need to be taken separately.
On the downside, as mentioned earlier, taking five capsules can be challenging, and I noticed a warning on the bottle indicating that this supplement may expose me to lead. Lastly, it is a bit pricey for a multivitamin.

This multivitamin attempts to create a unique blend with different patented ingredients mixed with the vitamins & minerals you look for. I think that the vitamin D3 should be higher considering they are five a day per the label. I would say that the capsules are semi large but not difficult for me to swallow. I have taken several pictures of the label for you to read & consider. No complaints about the taste or smell of these.

Made in the USA… 150 capsules to a bottle – 5 capsules = serving size = 30 day supply. As of today’s date, there are 3 pictures in the description, the middle picture is of another product, not this product. The 3rd picture has the supplement fact details for this multi vitamin product. Remarkably, there’s no mention of the country of origin, not even down in the Product Details section, which is usually a red flag for me, that almost always means a product is not made in the USA, but this one is, it’s on the bottle label.
This is a high quality multi vitamin multi mineral formula with all the key nutrients I look for…. and even more importantly, this brand has the “type” of nutrients I’m looking for… or the “form” the nutrient takes…. for example, B12, the best form is methylcabalamin, not cyanocablamin…. cyanocabalimin B12 is the cheaper inferior version, and brands that use that old B12 form, simply do not have their customer’s best interest in mind, is how I see it. Same goes for the folic acid.,.. I want the methyl form. And then for the rest of the nutrients in this formula, many of them are branded ingredients, which is a big deal, it ensures the material is top quality and held to a consistent standard, from batch to batch. Great product.

I was taking these in the evening and having trouble sleeping, before I connected the dots. They certainly jump started me. Moved them to the morning and was having a bit of an upset stomach throughout the day, kind of like when I take iron tablets. So now I take with food and that helps.
