It tastes like an orange flavored supplement drink when mixed. It has my preferred magnesium in the form of Magnesium Taurate as well as the GMP certified seal.

This drinkable magnesium supplement is easy to tolerate, tastes a bit like Tang and doesn’t cause nausea which can be common with magnesium supplements. I don’t know that I will continue to use it because I usually don’t have time to mix up and drink it every day.

I take magnesium every night before I go to sleep, sometimes in the form of pills or gummies, but I always prefer to take the powder form. This particular supplement tastes quite nice and is pretty easy to take, though it does have that artificial sweetener flavor, which I tolerate. If you mix it with water- it’s more detectable, but if you mix it with juice, less so.
As far at the effects of it goes, I definitely get the desired relaxed feeling- which is the best part of magnesium in my opinion- and is also why I take it about an hour before bed.
That said, I really like this supplement and would buy it regularly.

I enjoy taking Magnesium for my bone support and overall health. This product does taste like Tang. I have to mix it into at least 6 ounces of water because it is too strong a Tang/sweetness taste for me. I do notice my stress level going down after an hour or so from taking it.
I enjoy this supplement and my wife and I will continue to take it.
