You receive plenty of packs that can be used either hot or cold. The size makes them useful for undereye as well as on the eye.

I put a pair in the refrigerator and placed them under my eyes after about an hour. These are durable and did hold the chill long enough for the 10 minute application. They are a little thick in terms of the plastic, which is good, and they are easy to wash after use. I have another pair that I keep in rotation as now my son is also using these. I feel they helped in reducing puffiness I occasionally get under my eyes. I have also used them when I feel my eyes are under a lot of strain, which has helped in my case.
