Resveratrol is an antioxidant with anti-aging properties. This product calls their formulation “Res-Vida” and lists it separately from grapeseed extract. Resveratrol is considered to be a supplement with no recommended daily dosage (that is left blank on the label). Medical sources say it is safe up to 5 grams per day, but a quick online survey suggests a range of 250 – 500 mg/day. These tablets are 100 mg each, and label instructions are to take 2 a day.
The tablets are small, easily swallowed and flavorless. The bottle contains 150 pills (75 days worth). The bottle is amber tinted (prevents light damage to contained product). The expiration date is 2027 – for us, that’s three years. The company is US-based. Their very well-designed website is listed on the label. And, they have complete contact information, and appear to welcome customer inquiries.

This has a good combination of supplements, and there’s no strange aftertaste. Price is a little higher, but you do get 150 tablets per bottle, which is roughly 5 month supply.

Seems to be good quality. Comes in an easy to digest tablet and tastes fine. No drastic effects noticed so far (one way or another).
At a recommended dosage of two a day (one with a morning and evening meal), a bottle should last about a month and a half. At a $44 price point, that may be cost prohibitive for some.

Resveratrol is a common supplement that many identify with anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects. In recent years, it has often shown up in combination with other similar supplments, such as NMN.
I’ve taken resveratrol supplements for several years. The benefits of drinking red wine are often attributed to this particular compound, but taking it as a resveratrol supplement avoids the side effects of alcohol consumption. I found this resveratrol supplement to be similar to others I’ve taken previously. Of course, it’s difficult to determine exactly what it may be doing as most of the claimed benefits play out over years or decades and may be difficult to identify.
There are resveratrol supplements that offer a better value on a per-serving basis and I recommend looking at recommended doses on different products before deciding on what might work best for you.
