Although I’ve been taking this supplement for over a month I don’t believe that it’s made a huge difference in the way I feel.
I like that the product is natural and that it has potency but for me personally it did not work as well as I would’ve liked.
I believe you should try this product and judge for yourself.

I’ve been taking resveratrol for several years and have tried different brands. Resveratrol has never made me feel any differently – I take it for its’ recognized health benefits. I like that this supplement is vegan-friendly, and that the capsules are vegetarian . I also appreciate that the label is crystal-clear about the content of this supplement .
The capsules are easy to swallow . The direction on this bottle is to take two 600mg capsules once per day with an 8 ounce glass of water , before a meal. Resveratrol is fat-soluble so taking it with food is probably best. I used to take Resveratrol in the morning but I read that it may lower blood pressure ,which would make it relaxing , so now I take it before my evening meal .
This Vita Miracle Resveratrol is 50% Trans-Resveratrol, which is the stronger, more concentrated form of Resveratrol .

I took this because I’ve been hearing lots of good things from the science community about this supplement and it’s potential positive affects on the heart, immune system, and metabolic system, and also it’s protective effects on the brain.
The capsules were average sized, had no flavor to them and I had no difficulty swallowing them. The dosage for this product is potent, therefore it will be reflected as such in the pricing. I would personally recommend these as your initial supplement, to give yourself a big boost and then get onto a lower dosage amount for maintenance, which will be easier on the pocketbook and still get you a quality supplement. Some people may be referred to this by their doctors when they first start it and then they will go down to a lower dose once they get balanced. This should be done with advice from a pharmacist or a doctor though, because they will be able to tell you if you’re taking a medication that you shouldn’t be while taking this supplement or if you have a medical condition, they can refer you to a dosage that would be appropriate for your situation. As each person is unique, it’s important to know the best course for you, when it comes to any supplements.
I think this is a great value as the dosage is exceptionally higher than most supplements, but if you are looking for something cheaper you can look for products with lower dosages or look for supplements that combine this and other supplements together to get more value.

I take resveratrol regularly as it works well with the vitamin regimen that I take for high dose TTFD. My usual dose is 100mg of a 20% extract. Without that the TTFD would make me smell weird. The antioxidant has always helped. I don’t remember the process as to why it helps but I think it has something to do with the sulfur breakdown for ttfd specifically. It is a good antioxidant to add to your routine to try even if you aren’t doing a TTFD protocol.
This supplement is 600mg of a 50% trans-resveratrol per capsule. It far exceeds the amount that I personally need. However, I don’t think the higher dosage will have any negative effects. From what I know it can help with circulation, but of course that is hard to measure. I notice a difference when I don’t take resveratrol, so I continue to take it. Will re-edit the post if I notice any negative effects from the increased dosage.
The price is actually kind of okay for this high of a dosage. I prefer lower dosages with more pills, but if you are looking for this strength $26 before a sale price seems standard.

This is a good quality supplement. Resveratrol is something that I feel can add to my antioxidant regime on a daily basis. I feel that Resveratrol is a good supplement to use. It is from grapes and this particular brand seems to be above and beyond some of the others. I like having good antioxidants in my body such as CoQ10, and of course vitamins a, b, c and e as well as others like mushrooms, quercetin and the like. Resveratrol I feel is in these categories and it’s very worthwhile to use for overall health and fitness. I am not a doctor trying to cure or diagnose or recommend anything to anyone or a health practitioner this is simply my own journey and experience.

I haven’t seen any changes. While the pills are easy to swallow & don’t really have a flavor – I didn’t see any difference in my skin or appearance (looking more youthful etc).
TBh – I’d save your money & invest in a good collagen/retinol cream.

For years I knew Resveratrol was from red grapes and had healthy anti-aging benefits. Even my doctor suggested a glass of red wine a day would be fine, even good for me. Though I like red wine we don’t always get along so a glass a day or even regularly eating red grapes was not in my cards. Stupid me, I did not realize you could simply take Resveratrol as a supplement.
Now for this product. In all fairness, these pills are kind of on the big side for me to swallow and at 30 servings for about $20-25 when I reviewed this product I’m afraid in just 30 days I am not going to know the benefits of this particular Resveratrol supplement. I take many supplements and this would be way too costly on this senior’s fixed income. It may be a great product but honestly, I’m afraid I would have to go for a less costly brand per serving.
