I’m quickly approaching my 40th birthday, and I recently did a bit of research in order to see if there were any supplements that could help me “prevent effects of aging,” for lack of a better description. I came across Resveratrol, and I read about it’s many potential health benefits. Honestly, I’m not a fan of red wine, but I love that I can experience the antioxidant-like benefits it offers through this supplement. I am insulin resistant, and I found that Resveratrol may increase insulin sensitivity. In addition to this, it can potentially decrease joint pain; perfect for me, because I am a runner (or jogger…). I notice more aches and pains each decade, so it’s nice to counteract the strain on my body from necessary exercise.
I don’t currently have blood pressure issues, but for people like my husband who have had elevated readings for prolonged periods of time, Resveratrol can possibly aid in lowering blood pressure.

I am coming up on m 60th birthday and wanted to try an anti aging supplement. After some research I decided on Resveratrol. It’s a once a day supplement taken with a full glass of water. The pill is easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach upset. I’m about 1/2 way through the 30 day supply. I am excited to see what they results are at day 30.

The product came quickly and packaged well. The vitamins are not too big and easy to swallow. The taste is very subtle since it’s in a capsule and didn’t bother me at all. Overall good product. I’ve only been taking for a little over a week and I think I see some results. The pill is just the right size and easy to swallow. I would recommend taking with a meal or some juice instead of plain water. The taste is not the best but not extremely horrible. If you take with juice or meal, you can’t taste at all. Would purchase again.

The first pic is my second bottle of this product, second pic is my first bottle. See the problem? The cotton was absolutely covered in the powder intended for the capsules, which concerns me about the quality and safety of the rest of the bottle. I believe that I deserve a replacement or refund.
