There is nothing I like about this expensive product.
I love gummies. I would not call what is inside this tiny package of 6 pieces a gummy.
A gummy needs to be chewy, stretchy – not something that you can break apart easily, or cut through without any effort. This is like a jelly candy except there is nothing good-tasting about this product.
There are 6 pieces inside and the package says one serving is two of these horrible tasting things. I had one and it took a while to get the bad taste out of my mouth. I do not believe it did anything to help my sleep. Interestingly, one of the ingredients in this product is “Organic Masking Agent.” I have never heard of such a thing – apparently it is a natural ingredient used to neutralize undesirable flavors in food products. I don’t think they got the right formula, because the finished product has extremely undesirable flavor that sticks around after the gummy is eaten.
The other issue I have is when products arrive with labels stuck on to the product so that they can be sold on this marketplace. Instead of doing something to prevent important product information on the package from being obscured, some take shortcut and just slap it on the package.
I would not recommend this product.

Wasn’t a fan of the taste, but the ingredients are clean and supposed to provide benefits to your health. The cost is high, it is $1 a gummy.

I didn’t really enjoy the taste of these gummies. The texture wasn’t bad, neither was the initial taste, but as you chew, it gets worse. I also didn’t notice any difference as far as sleep and cognitive function.

These are, in a word, disgusting. I accept less great tasting things when they have perceived health benefits. However, no thought of better sleep will allow me to continue taking these. It was so bad, I spit it out and couldn’t even finish a single gummy.
I can’t imagine ANYONE with working taste buds could get these down. No one in my house could!
Bottom line: I would NOT purchase again.

I’m a man close to 40. Health will continue to decline as I age. My job is pretty stressful, so I don’t get much sleep–and that’s crucial at this age. Got these gummies through the Vine program and was excited to think they would help with cognitive function and sleep.
There are a number of gummies in the package. The gummy texture is good, they are coated with sugar, and they have a nice chew flavor. There’s a mild herbal aftertaste that’s a little odd, but otherwise is fine.
I just wish I could say that these improved my sleep. I still sleep the same 5-6 hours a night after finishing the serving size. My cognitive ability hasn’t really had any marked improvement, either.
tl;dr the gummies taste good, but their efficacy is debatable. That’s my own biology, though. If you’re between this–a holistic, mineral-centric option for cognitive ability that lets you sleep after–and a cup of coffee, I’d suggest choosing this. But green tea is better.

I got these gummies to see if they would help to improve my sleep, but since you only get enough for a couple of days It’s hard to tell if they made any difference or not since for most supplements it usually takes a couple of days/nights for any results to show themselves

These gummies are coated in organic cane sugar, and according to the nutrition label each gummie has about 2 grams of added sugar. These were slightly stuck together in the resealable bag but pulled apart without issue. There is a slight passion fruit flavor but I tasted other flavors from the additional ingredients. It was good; different, but good. Not super sweet.
Keep in mind this is a single bag of just 6 gummies, or 3 servings, so you’re not getting much in this size. Expiration label shows 09-01-2025, but it’s unclear if that is Sept 1 or European style of Jan 9th.
