So I saw a reddit post recommending this brand and purchased to refill my soon to out weaponized brand shilajit. Big mistake!!! It is not returnable even though it is Prime! First of all this stuff smells like burnt electronics, you know once a circuit board is fried… that metal burnt chemical smell.. probably laced with heavy metals that will wreak your liver! Will get it tested and update since I can’t return the unused container. Shilajit doesn’t taste like metal and burnt semi conductor, don’t buy cheap unrefined imitations or you may end up in the hospital!!! How in the world Amazon will not allow NMN to be sold but let junk like this is beyond me!

One jar will last you for months and months! You only need a little bit. Mix with some warm milk and sugar or with tea if the taste doesn’t suit you. Taking it a few times a week, and I can notice a change in my energy levels and the way my brain / body feels on the days I haven’t taken it. I basically replaced my morning coffee with Shilajit, and feel a lot more focused throughout the day. My husband has also been taking it, and I notice more sparks these days 👀👀. I will keep trying and see how it goes!

I have been taking Shilajit for over 2 months now and I have to say it has elevated my energy levels throughout the day. I was introduced to shilajit through a friend. He said all good things about it that it is extracted from the mountains in the Himalayas, it’s a natural source of energy supplement.
I had a pretty good workout schedule at this time so i had been taking pre-workout, creatine stuff like that. So didn’t think it would be useful for me, but out of curiosity i decided to try. Within a week, i saw differences in my performance in the gym, increased energy levels and my girlfriend was also happy at the end of the day 😉. I went online and read about it and found this huge list of benefits for both men and women. Like increased testosterone levels for men, muscle strength and recovery, enhances fertility, improves cognitive function.
I got my girlfriend on it too because i read that it balances hormones for women, helps with period pain. She feels a difference in her overall health as well.
Vedic source has the purest form I’ve found online so far. Their product is amazing to say the least. Would recommend to all adults, I’m definitely taking it to my grave.
