Firstly, this product is amazing…for the most part. My husband has ADHD and this is the first and only thing he would try and it works! I’ve never seen him so focused for the entire day! For me the first bottle gave me a ton of energy (which is what caught my husband’s attention) and I was able to cut back on my thyroid medication and completely stopped my Lexapro after a few weeks. It was like a miracle.
The second bottle had almost no effect on me except made me feel confused, tired, and my depression and anxiety snuck back in. I thought maybe I’ve met max benefit or I shouldn’t have stopped/cut back on my meds. My husband didn’t have the same laser focus either.
The third bottle came in and the quality was back to that of the first bottle… almost. I don’t feel I have the same amount of energy but it’s good and I had to cut back on my thyroid meds again because it will push me into hyperthyroid and that isn’t a pleasant feeling.
I’m still on the fence of whether I want a 4th bottle or try a different brand. I don’t have experience with other companies and have nothing to compare the quality and consistency too. I suppose not having supplements regulated may have something to do with it.

Shilajit resin has a very distinct smell and taste that is similar to a tar or peat-moss. However after a few uses I was able to appreciate the taste of this super healthy mineral pitch. This is my third order of Shilajit and like this Platinum Resin from Holistic Bin the best because of the nice silky consistency that melts right away in my warm teas.
For me I noticed a much better balanced metabolism, more energy, better sleep, and less aches & pains in a short period of time. Also use it on my skin with any blemishes that come around which clears them up very nicely. It provides or brings a stable sense of energy – both physical and mental, much clearer than caffeine. Much more energy in the morning when I wake up and throughout the day.
Can’t say enough about the sleek (recycled) glass and packing the product came in plus the perfect metal serving spoon. Highly recommend using this type of Shilajit Resin which turns out to be a Natural Wonder for my diet and well being!!

I’d love to give this a 5 star but I have no scientific way of knowing exactly what I’ve got to be honest. Its a bit pungent to take. I’m pretty good at mustering through a lot of strong taste but this might be very offsetting to many people. I call it my goat elixir. It taste like super rich soil with the taste of what goats smell like. I’m not sure exactly how fulvic acid is suppose to taste like but it is the deepest earth thing I have tasted yet. I haven’t gotten sick or anything from it and not sure of super benefits but I also haven’t been taking it long enough, if anyone understands the body and how long it can take each individual. I drink it in warm water to dissolve it plain or mix in ginger and honey and its a little bit sweeter. I really do hope its what it says it is and that over time it will deliver very noticeable benefits holistically. We shall see. The packaging is very nice and simplistic. Maybe in time I’ll be able to upgrade a bit more on the reviews.
