    Overall this product is decent enough, although a tad pricey for myself personally. The presentation itself is very impressive, and the golden spoon they supply to you as well, is pretty awesome. The taste however is why I am not a fan. I have tried it by itself, that’s a big no thank you, but I have tried it in a number of my herbal teas, and it just has a very pungent taste. I should also point out that I have an extremely sensitive palate, and sense of smell, so although it isn’t for me, doesn’t mean it isn’t for other people. For me personally, I am not a fan, even as much as I wanted to be!

    I’ve been supplementing with shilajit off and on, all year long, and I’m convinced that my efforts in having done so, will pay off. It’s definitely something that I plan to continue taking. This thick dark substance, which is derived from naturally occurring processes, is a truly amazing source of minerals. And I like this shilajit from the GOODLIVING brand. It has the thick texture and rich dark color that I would associate with a good quality shilajit. I feel good about taking it. All of the brands of shilajit that I’ve tried have what I would describe as, a sort of woody/charcoal like flavor, along with either some degree of sweetness or absolutely no sweetness at all. This one is definitely not sweet at all. I recommend this shilajit supplement.

    I’ve tried four different Shilajit brands recently, and so far this one is the most like I would expect it to be. The jar was easy to open, had a really good internal seal to stop the resin from leaking to the lid. Included an inspection report, and a metal spoon. The other versions only had wooden or plastic spoons that were impossible to use because the resin was so hard. This one wasn’t dried up, it had the consistency that I expected to see.

    I have only used this particular one for 3 days, but I can already tell a difference. I hope that It’s still just getting into my system and the benefits continue to get greater and greater. But I am impressed thus far. I definitely feel more energized the last couple of days. I’m not particularly fond of the taste though, so I dissolve the dose into my morning coffee and then the flavor is disguised but without ruining my coffee. I’m going to stick with it for a while and see how it goes.

    The container is boxed beautifully in a black box with gold and white on it and was also sealed with plastic over that for protection. The glass jar is firmly sitting inside where they’ve included an attractive looking, gold colored little spoon to scoop it out with. They also included a printed sheet with its test results, showing its clean and this batch actually has 79.2% Fulvic Acid, which is impressive, especially since they advertise only 75%.
    I think it’s a great product and would easily rate 5 stars but, I’m removing one because looking up their company was a wash, outside of Amazon, at least. They have a respectable presence with Amazon and other products of theirs so, only one star gone. If they’re strictly an Amazon seller, they should say so, along with supplying all important information as possible because, it wastes people’s time looking around, when it should be right on their page.

    Said to have 85+ minerals for energy strength and immune support and mental clarity for men and women. It is thick like a molasses. And easily dissolves in warm liquid of your choosing. In plain hot water, it has an earthy taste to it.

    This Shilajit is in its pure form, as a resin. No additives.

    It comes with a fancy looking gold spoon that acts as a measuring spoon.

    You mix a tiny pea sized amount using the spoon into water or another liquid of your choice.

    Since this is pure Shilajit, it has an earthy flavor. It reminds me of charcoal tea or smoked bourbon.

    I liked it best mixed with black tea and with a sweet plant-based milk. It’s sticky and took me a few times of trying to not get the jar sticky too.

    I’ve tried lots of Shilajit supplements and what I like most about this is that it’s perfectly pure, as it comes from nature.

    Also, because you use such a small amount per serving, this will last a while.

    Personally, I feel good using this ancient supplement. It’s been used for centuries all over the world in Ayurvedic medicine.
