This is a small bottle packed nicely with a small metal spoon to scoop it out. When I drank it by mixing it in hot water, it had a burnt, bitter flavor which was unpleasant. I have to wait for months to see its effects or side effects.

I’ve noticed more energy since I started taking it, and my focus seems better too. The taste isn’t great, but it’s not terrible, kinda strong but definitely an acquired taste. It dissolves easily enough. Seems high quality, though. Its also pretty easy to use; dissolves okay.

I’m not really familiar with this stuff but it seems like it’s good quality. It came well packaged and the little jar is nice because it doesn’t take up too much space, I appreciate that the manufacturer included a printed copy of lab results that prove the absence of any unwanted substances. Make sure you know what you’re getting into with this stuff though, it looks and feels like tar and the taste isn’t any better. Not an issue with this brand specifically of course but given how expensive this little jar is do your research and make sure it’s for you prior to buying.

This stuff is definitely high quality, and you can tell that time and attention was paid to every little detail, including the packaging, as well as the sourcing for this resin.
I do find that it boosts my mood and does help a little bit with energy. It’s not like a caffeine boost, it’s more like an atmospheric mood boost throughout the day.
The taste is not the best, but it’s the effects you want, which is the real deal. I would definitely recommend this, however the little glass bottle that it came in can be a hassle since the resin sometimes gets near the seal and makes it hard to open.
But overall , if you’re going to get this supplement, you might as well go for the best quality.

Shilajit is such a great supplement, but it’s very hard to find quality products. I’ve had them come dried up, not sealed, spilled out, lacking a lab report, no expiration date, etc. This one has it all! It was sealed on three levels (box, container, and even had a seal on the jar, underneath the lid). It is nice and gooey, as expected, and it has the all important lab report proving it is not contaminated with heavy metals.
It also comes with a metal spoon for serving – it’s a tad large, but at least it’s not one of the wooden sticks that so many come with.
Overall, pretty happy. The only issue I have with it is that the lid is a bit hard to screw on, which might cause some issues down the road with freshness.

This gold grade shalajit comes with a test result sheet for verification of some of the important bad elements you don’t want to see in your supplement. It passes the lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium on 04-25-2024 so it’s up to date. That is important to me when taking any supplement as I feel better and safer taking it. Other than that it tastes like all the other shalajit I have tried so no surprises there. It also takes time to really evaluate it and it states that in the description. It has 75 servings so you get 2-1/2 months to see if it works for you.

I’ll urge EVERYONE to read up on shilajit, and consider it for yourself. Resin is the purest form, but it’s not the most palatable. Capsules and gummies are available as well.
