I like shilajit and have been using it for a while. Having run out, I bought this jar and am pleased with it. It has the familiar taste of shilajit and the I like the little metal spoon for taking out what I need. I just take a little bit and don’t bother with determining how much 50mg is. It works fine.

If you are looking for humic and fulvic acid, mostly fulvic acid, this is the way to go. The container is packaged well, doubled sealed to prevent tampering (cellophane wrapped box, and tamper proof container plug under the lid) and is about the size of small cosmetic container. A “measuring spoon” is included, and it is nice as well, but, I have no clue what 50mg look like on it. (the serving size)

It smells deep and smokey in a very pleasant way. It reminds me of hardwood bonfire in october. If smelling things is your thing, this is worth it. It tastes similar to how it smells, an almost sweet smokey bbq flavor. I enjoy it.

I chose to roll the serving off the spoon with my tongue, and pack it in my gum like a dip. (I dipped for a short time in my past) There are some slight tingles, but nothing tobacco like.

The real shocker of this stuff, is your first taste of a drink. For some reason, my rear taste buds came to life. Just some sweet tea, completely transformed into a new experience. Usually I taste sugar near the front of my tongue, moments after dipping this resin, I took a sip and it really threw me. Tasting sugar and tea almost all the way back below your tonsils is a trip.

Maybe I come back to this review after I have finished the container, but initially, this stuff is worth trying at least once. Share it with your friends for fun. I can’t wait to see their reactions, and if they get the same enjoyment/new flavor sensations as I did.

I’ve taken Shilajit capsules but I’m new to the resin. I like the idea of not having any other additives or ingredients.
Bottle came with a metal “spoon” however it’s more like an almost flat scoop. It’s difficult to determine what 300mg actually looks like. I appreciate that it’s not wood or plastic.
I’ve been taking a small scoop under my tongue and found the taste mild, smokey and earthy. I enjoy the taste of it.
So far I have not noticed any big difference between taking capsules and taking the resin other than it’s more enjoyable to let the resin melt under the tongue vs swallowing two capsules.

If you like the smell and bitterness of good shilajit, then you will probably not like this one. If, on the other hand, you would like shilajit that is almost like molasses, then this is the one for you. I do prefer stronger shilajit, but this one is still enjoyable. I can’t tell any difference in its affect on me. The thing I really like about this shilajit is that it comes with a metallic spoon. I much prefer those over the wooden sticks or nothing at all.

I just throw a bit of this in the cup before brewing my coffee and it mixes in great! Doesn’t seem to have any impact on the flavor either.

This product is great for anyone seeking out this as a supplement. I personally didn’t notice any big changes in my health, but I also didn’t take that much. Cool product. Would recommend.
