Rev. David A. Smith –
I’ve been taking Resveratrol for years and believe that the supplement does help with my energy. These work just as well as all the others I’ve taken through the years, and I’m very happy with them.
There is one thing that’s sets these pills apart. And that’s its smell. These have the best fruit smell. It reminds me of berry gummies.

I wasn’t expecting any miracles or anything so this may actually have good effect on someone consistently using this daily. I had no problem with the size, taste, smell, or dose. All good! I’m not so sure I would pay this much for a bottle, but apparently some people do feel it’s worth it so I think that says something. I just didn’t get any noticeable results, however it may have helped boost my immunity and I escaped a cold or something. Overall, I’d recommend this is you have done your research and are looking for a quality supplement.

I occasionally take resveratrol because it is known as one of the few natural compounds shown to improve cell health and age markers in vitro. It is generally regarded as safe and is likely to have some benefits to health. It is also not something that can be consumed in the diet in physiologically relevant levels.
This resveratrol is a variant called trans-resveratrol. They claim it is more potent than normal resveratrol. I’ll assume thats true. Its a lower weight dose than standard resveratrol so it would make sense that this one comes at a lower dose. Whether or not this makes much of a difference, who knows.
Its pretty difficult to objectively evaluate the effects of something like resveratrol and especially hard to compare it to other brands. If its working, there won’t really be any noticeable signs. But I can say that I feel good after starting to use this resveratrol and have been in good health. It tastes and feels no different to any other resveratrol I’ve tried but the packaging is nice and the purple capsules are a cool touch. Overall, this lives up to my expectations of resveratrol. I’m not sure if its really necessary to seek out trans-reveratrol specifically, but it seems to work well.

The most important rating for supplements is how effective they are. This, however takes time, weeks or even months, to evaluate. And, this can be subjective. I can’t rate effectiveness yet.
I take a LOT of supplements, for 40 years, and I’ve extensively researched them regarding the claimed benefits of their active ingredients. I suggest you do the same. I always keep in mind who gains financially for their claim (either pro or con) and/or litigation avoidance posturing – as an indicator of objectivity.
And, I research the NON-active ingredients to see if any are “controversial”. A common reason for NON-active ingredients is they “help” the MANUFACTURING process. ALL ingredients I’ve EVER seen listed on supplement labels are GRAS – Generally Regarded as Safe – by the US-FDA.
But some doctors and researchers don’t always agree. That seems important to me. I evaluate the entire ingredients list, for these Amazon reviews. I avoid controversial ingredients on principle, provided I can find a similar produce without them. Usually I can.
Also, it is possible for supplements to interact with pharmaceuticals. That could be important, pay attention. I don’t take any pharmaceuticals, so I don’t comment on interactions.
And I possibly evaluate other considerations.
They contain silicon dioxide, which is a controversial ingredient.
Resveratrol comes in two forms resveratrol and trans-resveratrol. This one is trans-resveratrol which is purported to be more bio-available.

The Reserveage Resveratrol 1000mg Plus supplement is designed to provide powerful antioxidant support, promote heart health, and support overall well-being. It contains 1000mg of trans-Resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant found in the skin of red grapes, along with Quercetin for added immune support.
It is made in the USA, vegan and gluten-free.
It contains a proprietary form of Resveratrol called BioSNEDS ResveraSol LS from Verdantnature. It uses a Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery System (SNEDDS) to enhance the absorption and effectiveness of Resveratrol. This advanced delivery system ensures that the Resveratrol is more efficiently delivered to cells, providing greater bioavailability compared to traditional forms.
The high dose of trans-Resveratrol provides strong antioxidant protection, which can help combat oxidative stress and inflammation.
The combination of Resveratrol and Quercetin in a dietary supplement is known to have synergistic effects, meaning that together, they enhance each other’s benefits more than they would individually.
Enhanced Antioxidant Properties: Both Resveratrol and Quercetin are powerful antioxidants. When taken together, they provide even greater protection against oxidative stress and free radical damage.
Improved Bioavailability: The combination of these two compounds can improve their absorption and bioavailability in the body, making them more effective.
Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Both Resveratrol and Quercetin have anti-inflammatory properties. Together, they can help reduce inflammation more effectively, which is beneficial for conditions like arthritis and cardiovascular diseases.
Cardiovascular Health: The synergistic effects of Resveratrol and Quercetin can support heart health by improving blood vessel function and reducing the risk of heart disease.
Cognitive Function: There is evidence to suggest that the combination of these compounds can support brain health and cognitive function, potentially reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
Metabolic Balance: Resveratrol and Quercetin together can help regulate metabolism and support healthy weight management.
The combination of these two compounds can improve their absorption and bioavailability in the body, making them more effective.
