They pay for clinical research by third parties that gets published in peer review journals. They focus their products strategically on a health issue or a body part that has a need. Then they tailor their supplements in a multi-pronged approach to those needs to solve problems for patients and provide resources for doctors.
Most supplement companies say that their assertions haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. This company says we have the scientific proof that our supplements work.
For all of these reasons, I expect quality from their supplements and have ordered 3 of their products so far.

The bottle is well sealed with thick shrink wrap over the cap, and another seal over the opening of the bottle. The dark colored writing on the yellow label makes it easy to read. I appreciate that consideration on their part, as I sometimes struggle with some other bottles.
The serving size is three capsules. They are a bit on the large size, but I don’t find them hard to swallow. I started with 1 capsule, then two, and finally three. There have been no negative side effects noted. Unfortunately I’m not finding an energy boost yet. It may take a while for the compounds to build up and take effect – that’s not uncommon. I will update this review if things change.
I’m going to give this four stars despite its lack of effect on me, because supplements like these are personal. For instance, I’m taking a brain supplement that’s supposed to help with your thinking, and I find it has an energy effect on me as strong as a cup of coffee. This product is very well done by a company that appears to be doing everything right. The problem here may very well just be me. Considering the other reviews of success and what I mentioned above, I am comfortable giving it 4 stars. It seems it’s more likely to work for you, than not.

I am skeptical of anything giving me energy at this point. I am a full time parent to a very energetic toddler, I work in the off hours when I am not taking care of him, I still have to take care of the house, and also take care of a special needs pet.
I have been burning the candle at both ends for more than three years-including while pregnant! I drink at minimum, a 32 oz Mason jar of matcha or coffee daily, depending on what kind of day it is. Even that feels like trying to crank a dead battery in a car. I had zero faith in this as I have not heard of the brand before, but ordered it desperate to find something, and the ingredients seem solid.
After 3-4 days, I started noticing an effect from taking the full dosage in the morning-it’s perhaps on the high side, as I believe most supplements are based on the average man, and I am a woman who is 126 lbs., but I felt like I at least could get out of bed without feeling like I was moving underwater or like a sloth. I have had zero side effects, which is wonderful. No jitters, heartburn, etc. like I have had from other energy supplements. The 7-keto ingredient is a supplement I have taken on its own before for weight management. I have noticed no weight loss benefits from this, but that is not what it was advertised for. I am looking forward to continuing to take this.

The Researched Nutritionals Energy Multi-Plex packs quite a punch! There’s a great list of ingredients in these supplements that combine to form a potent pack of vitamins for restoring your body’s adrenal health. The amount per serving of each ingredient seems to be pretty standard; not too high or too low, but as always, be sure to incorporate it carefully if you take other supplements already.
The pills are standard sized and easy to take, but you will need to take three pills a day. With 90 pills per container, this should only last about a month. Considering the price point, this would become prohibitively expensive for most people. The ingredients are great, but I’m struggling to recommend this product.

I’m usually good for energy most of the day. In my occupation – teacher – you pretty can’t be tired, even if you wanted to be. The moment you let yourself slow down, someone is trying to set off a stink device in the bathroom, or throw someone else’s phone out a window.
Where I really run down, however, is once I get home and have dinner. Those last few hours of the day *should* be my me-time to get things done, but they often end up being my me-time to listlessly doomscroll or Netflix until I pass out.
I’ve found that taking two of these after a light meal at dinner time seems to help me get a little bit more out of my me-time. I don’t believe the item specifies if the serving size of three capsules is to be taken all at once or over the course of the day, but I like to take just two capsules simultaneously.

I’m not sure of these supplements, but on some important days that I need to be alert on the job, I took this. I think I have more energy and performed better. This is expensive. However for days that I need extra help, it’s worth it.
