I like the formula of this supplement. Fillers are not ideal, but at least these soft gels do not contain titanium dioxide. I am knocking a 2 stars down because I was expecting some kind of certification backing up the la claims. Cannot find any third party tested label or GMP. Because of this, I’ll do more research on the company to understand how trustable it is.

CoQ10 is something that I remember my parents taking religiously growing up and if you look at the research, there’s good reason why everyone should! While I was not familiar with this brand they do seem to be very reputable based on reviews of their other supplements I’ve read.
Most companies supplement this in 200mg servings, but you’re getting double that with this brand. You can go on sites such as examine. com to read about accurate and effective dosing levels, but it does seem like you actually need closer to this 400mg dosing for the full health benefits of this supplement. Otherwise the single oval shaped gel pill is super easy to swallow and leaves behind no taste.
Yes, it is pricey, and yes that it why I took one star off this review. I’m sure you could dig through countless pages of supplements here and maybe find something comparable, but you can have peace of mind ordering this from the jump.
