I’ve been taking the product for almost one month. I dont like reviewing items before I’ve given them s chance to prove themselves. To date I do not notice or see sbt difference by taking these. But I understand that often it takes a while of commitment until you feel results for anything that is all natural. The instructions are not very clear as to the dose and I hope I’m taking the effective amount. I take 2 capsules before breakfast. THAT’S IT. I hope to be able to change my opinion in the second month.I’m not ready to give up.

I have been taking 2 capsules of Moringa per day for over two years now and I am 72 years old and have nothing wrong with my health. I take Moringa just because it gives me a sense of well being. I only take one prescription drug and that is for an enlarged prostate. Almost all of you older men can relate to that. I would recommend trying it for 30 days and see if you get the same sense of well being or just feel better in general and if not stop taking it. I just received my next 3 month supply in the mail today.
