I bought this for my eye health as I’m legally blind. I’ve been using it for a few days now, and I can feel somewhat of a positive difference, especially with opening my eyes for longer; they get tired as the day progresses. What I like is how there are so many good ingredients for my eyes in this one capsule – vitamin A, lutein, vitamin E, zinc, and more; I love it. Not really loving the size but thankful it’s veggie capsule. And as usual, I love this brand for its 2-for-1 value!

High dose and high strength of B12. It’s hard to tell how well this supplement has helped improve my vision as the strength of its AREDS 2 is a little bit weak. None or less, the placebo effect is good enough. Liked this formula in fine powder and is stored in a reopenable veggie capsule, which enhances the absorption process, second to liquid form of supplementations which is more preferable but at a high price point. Compared to other natural sources of B12, this formula tastes much better.

I’ve yet to recover from the huge reaction I had to this product…perhaps too much of a good thing. My visiting neighbor reported that I was beet red , especially my ears. I could feel it all over my head and it was not all all pleasant. The heat has abated but my vision is very blurry. I don’t know whether I should try one more in the morning because this was very dramatic, much more than a years ago niacin flush. I’ve not had this with other areds formulations so be careful out there.
