I don’t know what to say, I quit smoking for over 2 weeks. I needed to speed up the process so I decided to buy this. I run and bike ride daily and went harder during the 5 days I took the pills. I even went to a steam room for 3 of the 5 days. It’s now been close to a month since i smoked. I’m 200 lbs 6ft and in decent shape. But still failing self tests. I would recommend a different cleanse.

I’m 210lbs so I did the 10 day detox. I followed the instructions to the tee. I watched what I ate, drank plenty of water, stayed away from caffeine, I even drank pure cranberry juice, and I’m still testing positive for thc 1 month after any thc use. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Nothing is a quick fix, but as part of an overall dedicated routine, I am proof that it is possible to pass the 50ng/ml urine test without masking agents.
First a bit about me:
– 51 years young stoner in near-athletic health
– 6’1″ / 166lbs
– ~15% body fat
– I do not use tobacco products
– My average alcohol intake is – at most – (1) drink per week. Who needs alcohol when you have cannabis!
– Average daily cannabis consumption before the cleanse: 1.5g high-quality flower with average THCA% of 28%. Also some additional edible consumption between 20-30mg 2-3 days/week.
So the major caveat here before we go into specifics is that I was already lean and participating in good overall dietary habits.
It took me 6 days to test below 50ng/ml, with the following daily regimen:
– Rescue 5-Day Detox as directed
– minimum 96oz H20
– minimum 8oz unsweetened cranberry juice
– minimum 4oz lemon juice
– ~16oz strong coffee (my normal morning routine)
– a lean diet of mostly chicken and fish, veggies, protein bars (but I did have pizza one night)
– no soft drinks (I don’t regularly drink soft drinks, anyway)
I still partook in munchies/snacks – both savory and sweet – when my wife smoked, but not to the usual degree.
I also maintained a lot of physical activity. I did sweat, but that’s really not necessary. What you want is fat burn.
Keep in mind while you are burning out your fat stores, your measurable THC level will INCREASE before you start to see results so don’t fret! I was getting almost instant positive test results using urine test strips until day 6.
On day 6 (today), I had the faintest sign of a negative reading (double tested) on my test strip!
I still plan on following my current regimen sans this product until my test to make sure I stay negative.
I didn’t notice many side effects although I believe I had an adverse reaction to lidocaine from a dental procedure on day 1, so that may have distracted me from any side effects or withdrawal. Regardless, I felt fine by day 3.

A little history about who I am.
In general I’m active in terms of “always moving around”, but I don’t hit the gym and I’m not dedicated to the gym. Every now and then I stretch and do HIIT, but I don’t have a routine. When I can do it, I do it.
I’ve always been someone who drinks alot of water and my coffee consumption is normal. I usually consume about 80 oz of water daily. 8 oz of tea (chamomile or ginger), and 8oz of coffee (4oz of oat milk and 4 oz of coffee).
Throughout the years, I do my best to eat healthy but I do like my treats and need a fast food burger every now and then.
I am small and not very tall.
My history with thc…
My thc consumption was heavy. First, I’ve been smoking heavy for over 20 years. The longest I’ve gone without consuming thc was less than 2 years in those 20 years.
Recently my consumption has been 20mgs of thc daily (7 days a week) and 100mg total of edibles weekly.
I don’t drink alcohol, but once a week, I consume 4oz of wine.
I needed to stop for a pre employment drug test.
I hadn’t consumed thc for 25 days. I was still testing positive with over the counter tests. Throughout the 25 days, I was eating clean, drinking a gallon of water a day, and consuming ginger and lemon tea every night (one 8oz cup). I did not consume cranberry juice at all. I can’t stand the taste of it!
Since I was still testing positive, I decided to give this product a try and by day 3 I was already testing negative (faint line). I’ve read reviews that the negative line ranges from “faint” negative to “clear” negative by the last day.. If it’s negative folks… it’s negative..no matter how clear the line is.
Day 6, took the drug test and passed and got the job.
What I did:

8oz of ginger tea at night
Followed the directions. 24oz of water with AM/PM pills.
Did not take the ice emergency packs
Also took the Head Start”.
Ate clean (no fast food, no cold cuts, protein and veggies but I did have the occasional choc. Chip cookie at night )
Absolutely no alcohol
No bananas, Avocados, pineapples (those don’t help with burning fat cells),
I have only 4oz of coffee.
By the way, by day 7, I was curious if I was still negative and yes, I was still negative. It’s a true detox kit and removes all toxins.
