I have purchased this vitamin for my three children over and over again. I have noticed not only does it keep them well because as you know when your kids are in school they are susceptible to sickness but their energy level is always present. They are also able to take their vitamins on an empty stomach as it doesn’t make them feel nauseous. We have tried all the flavors and they really like them all, the vitamins dissolve quickly and are effective. I highly recommend this for your child(ren) and other products by this brand.

My son is 7 and he loves this multivitamin.

We’ve tried lots of different formats for him – gummies, drops, etc, but the Renzo melty tablet is the ‘sweet’ spot for him (by the way, sweetened with monk fruit = happy kid, happy dentist). It’s his favorite multivitamin we’ve tried.

I’ve also started giving these to my 2 year old (1/2 tablets) – and the tablets are easy to cut in two with a guiding dividing line down the middle – I just apply gentle pressure with a butter knife and voilà, vitamins are done – kids are happy and I feel good about what we’re supplementing their diet with for an overall family victory. I’ll take it.

I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. He’s above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies.

Although he’s always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that he’s OK with as long as it’s the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). I’ve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment).

I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. That’s all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters!

So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasn’t overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh no…he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates.

I’m none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually I’d try one myself to decide if it’s really that gross but even I can’t get paste the smell (I can’t even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture.

For now, we’ll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Nature’s Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. I’m still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best we’ve tried so far.

For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and it’s very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure you’re actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs don’t bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil.

Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! 🙂 <3

My daughter absolutely loves these vitamins she take them with no problems at all. Her pediatrician recommended putting her on a multi vitamin and the one she recommended was the Enfamil Poly Vi Sol and it tastes absolutely terrible and smells even worse. She would spit it out and get it everywhere and then she would have to have a bath or she would smell like iron and vitamins all day. I have extreme smell sensitivity and I couldn’t handle trying to get her to take them I had to sneak it in apple sauce. I won’t be doing that anymore thanks to these vitamins. They smell great like a fresh apple and are slightly sweet and they do melt quickly. My daughter ate her first dose and then asked for more. I will eventually try the cherry ones as well but the Apple ones are definitely a hit. I will say just because some people may not not but make sure they are kept away from dogs as xylitol is an ingredient in these vitamins and it is deadly and toxic for dogs even in small doses. All in all a fantastic product. One of the main things I live is no added sugar and no dyes. Thank so much for making a great product to keep my baby girl healthy.

Pretty good but a little dry in my child’s mouth. Dissolves pretty quickly seems like pretty good ingredients and the flavor doesn’t seem to be too bad

My daughter loves the taste of these, she’s a very picky eater so this gives me the assurance that she’s getting her nutritional needs met. I will buy again

I have a 3 and 6 year old both said the multivitamin tasted gross. I read the reviews and the negative ones do they the taste is bad so I knew it was risky. It’s just frustrating that multivitamins are so expensive so it’s a waste of $26. Fortunately support was very accommodating and flexible.
I wouldn’t recommend, the tablet is pretty big and I can’t imagine any 6 year old would want to take 2 tablets and wait for it to dissolve in their mouth.

This really was a great idea. I only wish they had more flavors. My neuro spicy 4 yr old did not like cherry or apple. I did how ever get him to eat 1 a day so that a plus and why I gave 5 stars.

When I first bought these my then 4 year old hated them. I eventually got her to take them but had to crush them and put them (cherry) in orange juice. It was the only way I could get her to take them ( better than nothing). Eventually. She started chewing just one and we worked up to two. Now she has no issues. She is definitely a picky eater and has texture issues. So don’t give up. If juice doesn’t work, you can try in yogurt or applesauce etc.

My daughter used to get sick a lot. Always within 24-48 hours of playing at an indoor playground place etc. Since starting these her illness episodes have severely reduced.
