Those vitamins are great! What I like about is that this product doesn’t have added sugar in it like gelatin gummies, and they help with muscle soreness for my active kid. They taste great too, which is very important for kids.

Yes, it tastes like orange, but if my son wants to have milk at night, he gets to add the vitamin to his milk to drink it. He doesn’t like to chew it or wait for it to dissolve in his mouth. However, he will let us add it to his milk and then he has super fortified milk!

Unfortunately my daughter didn’t like the texture/ taste of these ! Fortunately they were super helpful and gave some advise and tips for picky kids like mine! Seems like a great product just bummed my daughter refused to eat them!
