It is tasteless and the dose is very small so it mixes into to any liquid without clumping up or modifying the flavor of your beverage. It is so simple and easy to use. It comes with a little scoop and there are 200 servings in the 100g tub. It is a bit pricy for a supplement but in my mind, it is like paying less than $28 per month because it is a bulk purchase. Other similar supplements in capsule form are the same price or more for a one month supply and are not as convenient in my opinion. I take a flavored magnesium drink every day so I have been adding this powder in and it is working out great. As I age, I am more concerned with my health and I am trying to eat right and take in adequate amounts of antioxidants through supplementation. I had always wanted to try trans-resveratrol. In rodent studies, resveratrol has helped lower bad cholesterol levels and increase the good cholesterol. It is the compound in wine that is beneficial to our health. No off tastes or smells, and it easily mixes into most drinks. I haven’t noticed any effects, but I’m not great at recognizing those things. The Little jar also lasts quite a long time.

I have been using this stuff for, I think today is the fourth day, and I’ve been experiencing intermittent relief at the site of a nearly three year-old injury I thought had healed up as much as it ever would. Yes, it’s probably silly to attribute that to a very few tiny daily doses of trans-resveratrol powder. Could be placebo effect. I’ll take it as a win. Only unpleasant side effect is tendency to dry mouth, so I’m drinking more water.
It consists of a very fine, white powder that is slightly bitter to the taste. Because it adheres to everything including the weirdly structural c-beam stem of the tiny measuring spoon, some of the product is inevitably wasted and I find that galling. For that reason alone I give this product Four not Five Stars. Additionally, this stuff clumps a little bit when mixed with water or kombucha. Haven’t tried mixing it with anything else yet.
Again, Four Fat Stars. I unhesitatingly recommend this product and will spend money for the next container.

Seems like a very high quality resrvatrol supplement in bulk form. Easy to add to my morning smoothie. Pretty good value given the number of servings, but still perhaps a bit expensive.
I am not sure I noticed any huge benefit in the couple of weeks I have been adding it to my smoothies, but I haven’t been as consistent as I normally am at making them so perhaps I am simply not getting enough doses.
It’s definitely worth a shot if you are looking to add resvertrol to your supplement list and you drink smoothies as it does not seem to add any noticeable flavor.

This is a really nice powder – a wonderful 200 day supply. It’s basically tasteless, and if desired, it can mix well with water, but I’ve dropped it directly on my tongue and it’s not a problem to do that either. Trans-resveratrol has a ton of well-studied benefits, and I take it in conjunction with NMN/NAD+ or what have you. Regardless, this is great stuff, well-studied, and a very good value for a 200 day supply. Recommended.
