After doing some research I’ve been on a collagen supplement kick. The prices have come down a lot over the past few years and there are a number of benefits to your skin, hair and joints. To me it’s worth taking everyday. I think getting collagen from a variety of sources would be beneficial and that’s why I picked up this marine collagen supplement. I had been taking bovine for a while and now that that’s over I’ve switched. No difference in taste, they both pretty much tasted like nothing in my protein shake but I’m hoping mixing up the sources will fill gaps left by each.

Some collagens, even unflavored, have a weird residue flavor, but this one didn’t and for me that’s a plus right away! I’ve tried so many others and they all hurt my stomach, but this one blended well with my post workout smoothie and my skin looks so much healthier.

My wife won’t have coffee usually, unless she has some type of collagen in it. This one is no different but, I’m not 100% sure that it can’t be tasted. She uses it daily and it’s almost gone, moving on to the next container. B+ rating so far

I have tried many different forms of collagen supplementation in all sorts of presentations like gummies and powders, one of my favorites is in powder form, as I like to conveniently add to my morning protein shake. This container has 8.06oz of marine collagen unflavored powder, I haven’t tried dissolving it in plain water as it usually does so much better blending it with my morning shake, so that is what I prefer. Nothing noticeable thus far, but also no negative effects, but I have found that with supplements of any kind it takes some time, patience, and you must be consistent, but so far I enjoy supplementing with collagen (I know we can all use some help in that department) plus in this particular product you also have Vitamin C, B6, B7, and Hyaluronic Acid.
