As you see, I only broke off one side with my thumb (comes off easy) and then sucked it like a straw down in a few gulps. No need to break off both sides… no glass in the supplement. People are being way dramatic, maybe it’s because they’ve never dealt with vials before but this did not cause me any issues whatsoever… I’d never be one to break off both sides, that eliminates the vacuum… but it can also cause more issues.. break one side and drink it like a straw… 7 days, 7 ampules, 0 issues. I will change my score to 5 if I see it has helped my liver/chloresterol with next blood test…

Not sure how the other reviewers are opening these vials to incur the glass shards, in my mind they’re wrapping them in a towel and stomping on them because I literally had no issue and they were very easy to take
Immediately noticed a decrease in appetite but no fatigue or feelings of sickness that can be associated with detoxing
I bought these on a referral from a friend after a few months of traveling where I was eating and drinking much more than normal, so wanted a liver detox that was easy to take. I was not aware of the weight loss benefits but lost almost 5 lbs in a week. I did NOT drink during this time and had not drank for a few weeks before taking as well. I was not intentionally eating less either, but definitely ate less inadvertently.
While these are not cheap, I’m happy I purchased and am satisfied with the results. I see online they suggest taking daily for an extended period of time which I unfortunately cannot afford, but if you can I think it would be worth it

I like it, it’s easy, all the ingredients do what they say they’re supposed to do, that it’s delivered in a glass, a huge bonus… You just take a napkin and cover the end and snap off the end, don’t be shy. Then, you point the open end into a liquid, or just take it straight. For best results, you really need to do it for 21 28 days. No alcohol, no crappy food, no processed foods, eat clean for 28 days. I took this because an ultra sound stated I had fat around my liver but didn’t have fatty liver (?) whatever that means. I saw the ads for this product on ig and thought about it for months thinking it was just another product that wouldn’t work. I finally took the plunge and ordered here to get faster shipping. Now I’ve been struggling with daily heartburn and taking HCL capsules to help with digestion and also IBS symptoms which have helped but hasn’t completely gotten rid of my symptoms. I didn’t purchase this product for that, I purchased it to help detox the liver, I really had no expectations. Imagine my surprise when I realized the day after my first dose that I didn’t have heartburn that evening! I paid more attention the evening of the second dose and same…no more heartburn! Not only that but I stopped taking the HCL capsules on a whim to see if it was the biocol working and still no heartburn, no more running to the bathroom after a meal! Not only that, I also noticed my energy increased!! I am amazed and so thankful for this product! I have no idea what it’s doing to my liver exactly, but whatever it is, it’s helping me feel fantastic! Now for those complaining about the glass ampoule: on their website they very clearly illustrate how to break open the vial, use a cloth or heavy paper towel like I do to break open the vial. For others who complain about literal glass shards in your drink: first of all I don’t believe you, you’re doing something very wrong, second in order to avoid that if somehow that is happening, simple solution. Get yourself a mesh sieve, similar to what you use to strain nut milk, place it over your glass, break open the vial USING A TOWEL of some sort and voila, you have a perfectly safe supplement to drink. I bought one here on Amazon for $5, it’s really not that complicated.
