I am a Nutritionist and I was excited about this product. First, I am firmly behind the idea of using a liquid delivery system. That almost guarantees higher and faster absorption. I also like the fact that this supplement has the guts to use Kava. Don’t get me wrong. Kava can possibly damage the liver if taken too often, but this is a very low dose of kava, and it’s a nice addition to a supplement that promises to ease anxiety. I like all of the ingredients in this formula. I do wish that it included L-Theanine. I want to be clear. This is a very low dose of kava, but I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor first before taking this, and especially if you have had any issues with liver function
On the flip side, I have about finished my first bottle, and I still think that the formula is too weak. Others may disagree with me. I have a feeling that this may become a popular product. I also believe that we will see more liquid delivery systems in the future. If a person is anxious, they want relief quickly. I also really like that this product does not contain alcohol. The reason being, I like to hold a liquid supplement under my tongue for a few seconds. It kind of smarts a little when it the alcohol content is too strong.
I think Rejuvica is on the right path. I just wish there was an extra strength version of this supplement. Granted, people take supplements like this for different reasons. It may provide relief for people who just need to take the edge off a little bit, but if you are looking for something to take in place of a benzo, this may not be strong enough for you. I write this because more and more people are trying to find natural relief from depression and anxiety. I would rather take a natural supplement than a Xanax (ya know). And it is nice to know that there are supplements that you can safely take each day. This may work for you. I hope it does.
Lastly, I have taken just about every natural formulation on the market for anxiety. I loss my mom this past Christmas eve and I miss her badly. I started taking an SSRI and I hated it. So I have been looking for a natural option. The problem I have found is that I have yet to find a natural formulation that offers a high enough dosage of active ingredients to provide me with a therapeutic benefit. Companies will tell you about clinical research that supports the value of each chosen ingredient, but they rarely provide you with a clinical dose of any particular ingredient. I guess they are hoping for a synergistic effect. Good luck with that.

I’ve used it for many years and it helps. It won’t completely take away anxiety but it really lessons it and makes it bearable. I also use bergamot essential oil and the combination is perfect. Take it with OJ to help the taste.

Based on the reviews, this sounded like a good product to try. When I received it yesterday morning, I followed the instructions given. To my disappointment, it did absolutely nothing for me. I didn’t feel relaxed throughout the day as many claim. I suppose I’m ‘one’ of the many that doesn’t feel relief from this. I know it says take for two weeks before any notices, but I need something more instant. Most prescriptions are like that anyway, take two weeks or more and you’ll feel the effects. Well, I’m not falling for this trap. I might as well just exercise, camp in nature, and try other things that I know work. Secondly, it’s highly priced. There are other ways that are less expensive to alleviate your mood symptoms, for a fraction of the cost. This is definitely going back. The taste is decent like a spoonful of honey. I will not purchase from this brand again.

I believe it is helping a bit with my anxiety. I think it may be too soon to judge though. I was wondering if anyone else had any unusual side effects? I noticed the day I started my Zenapin-IR that I was having throat irritation. No pain. Just seemed like my throat was very dry. As if I had swallowed a cotton ball. I’ve also had some allergies lately so it could be attributed to that. But I’ve never noticed it before.

I bought this for my teenage daughter who has really struggled with anxiety over the last couple of years. She had been going to therapy and we put some things in place to help her, but unfortunately her anxiety still seemed to get the best of her. We were going to try the reasonable next step and have her referred to a psych for medication management. I was not too keen on putting my teenager on anxiety meds due to the fact that I took medication for anxiety for a while and was not a fan.
In one last attemp before meds I did some looking around online and heard about Zenapin IR. I decided to order a bottle and let her give it a try. AMAZING! It took maybe 3-4 days before there was any noticeable difference, but once it kicked in the results have been so amazing. Before Zenapin she struggled alot of mornings to even go to school. Then while at school she would message me and say she could not handle being there and felt physically ill. She refused to attend any get togethers involving more than a handful of peers because it was too overwhelming for her. I am so extremely happy to report that for the last couple of weeks since she has started Zenapin we have not had any issues in the morning before school. I have also received no messages during the day. She attended a party last Friday with teenagers from different schools that she did not know and had a blast. That is so huge! A friend of mine actually hosts these parties (she is a teen mentor) and she has seen my daughter at other events and how she usually sits in a corner and looks upset the entire time. Not this time! She showed me videos of her interacting with peers, laughing, and having a great time. This brings tears to my eyes…happy tears. As a mother it is so hard to watch your teenage daughter struggle and you don’t know how to help them.

Track season will start in the Spring. My daughter is a runner but has had a couple of anxiety attacks before track meets in the past. I am excited to see how she does this season!

Not only does ot put me to sleep immediately but it keeps me in a good mood the next day too. I take this stuff almost every night before bed and I get the best sleep if my life. Before I do fall asleep it’s pure bliss and then I’m out. When I’m jacked and can’t sleep or can’t calm my mid this thing will relax my mind and knock me out. It’s a great sleep aid
