So far I haven’t noticed any GI upset with this probiotic nor any general changes. I’ve only been on it a few days and will update later if I notice something big. I’m guessing I’m not noticing any difference just yet because I am usually on a probiotic so my intestines don’t have to adjust much to accommodate a new one. It does seem like a higher quality than I usually take so we’ll see. However, when I ordered this probiotic and received the package, I realized it didn’t really have a flavor listed. I’m not very food adventurous so I want to know what I’m eating and what it’s going to taste like. On the description page it says the flavor is ‘yogurt’, though what that tastes like is open to interpretation. When I smelled it, it smells maybe like fruit punch, but when I tasted it, WOW. It is DELICIOUS. It tastes exactly like fruit loops, to a T! It even has a slightly oaty flavor with the fruitiness. Now when I take my daily dose I’m sad that it’s just a little packet I put on my tongue and it’s gone so fast. For that alone, this is worth at least 4 stars. If you don’t like a supplement, you won’t remember to take it. It strikes me as high quality though, and the packets make it easy to take anywhere, anytime, so I give it the full five. I recommend for sure!

I’ve been using this probiotic/prebiotic for a month in place of the usual brand I use. While the results have been good (no G.I. upset), I’m having a difficult time justifying the price fo $60 for a 1 month supply here.
Yes, you’re getting 19 different probiotics in this and there’s value in that. I just don’t know if you need 19 different strains to get the results you can get from more cost-effective options.
I think it’s a solid product. I like that they are 30 individually sealed packets. They don’t taste bad. It’s really convenient if you want to keep them in your bag and use them at work or on vacation/traveling.
I feel the same results I get from eating yogurt and/or taking other probiotics you can find at the store. I definitely recommend probiotics — they have saved my digestion in the past and I don’t go without them. I just don’t know if you need to spend this amount of money for a 1 month supply.
If you like the idea that you get all this in 30 individually wrapped packets then this might be the product for you.

These taste fine and dissolve well. I have been putting them into my breakfast yogurt. They agree with me and seem to have a nice effect on my food processing. I have to admit, I like this product a lot.
The product come in individual packets but I always need scissors to open the packet. None of my packets had any notches to make tearing the top off easy.
Besides the opening issue, I have two issues with these. They are very expensive and I don’t see a justification for that expense in terms of how well they work. The other thing is these are manufactured in China and do not have any third party quality control. For a product this expensive, it would be nice to see that an independent lab was verifying the ingredients.

It’s a good spread and quantity of probiotics, but the flavor and sense of watery dairy just don’t do it for me. If I want this form factor, the same money will keep me in instant strawberry kombucha powder sticks for two or three times as long with about the same impact, and I’d enjoy them far more. But taste is personal. For me, this is about value for money and this just doesn’t get there.

I had in the past probiotics in liquid and capsule forms. This is the first for me to try probiotics in granular form. The capsule is portable and easy to bring with you when you travel but the liquid form seems more potent. I am not sure if this would be more potent or more effective compared to the refrigerated liquid form.
The granules are easily dissolved by stirring them in water at room temperature. The taste is not bad with a hint of vanilla but I prefer to mix them with my blended smoothies by just pouring and stirring them.
There are 19 strains in the formulations, one less than the current one I take. Though there is a US patent on its formulation the supplement is manufactured in Taiwan. For the current price of fifty-two dollars (as of October 11, 2023) this is a pricey probiotic but if this works better than the current one I have then maybe it is worth it. So far I have been using it only for a few days and will provide additional comments in a month’s time.

I take pre and probiotics everyday for improved gut and overall health. These individual packets are great for on the go and they mix well with water and various juice. They also work well in smoothies and as a topper for smoothie bowls. I have noticed improved gut health since I started using this.

I take probiotics regularly but always in a capsule form. So this is different for me since it is granules to dissolve in a drink. It dissolves easily, looks slightly milky and tastes ok, no bad aftertaste. I have not had any digestive issues after taking. As w most supplements, I hope they are doing something since I can never tell on a short term basis, but certainly see the need for good bacteria for gut health. I also like that the 19 strains are all named and numbered, have been reading that that is a good bit of info to have, to target more of what your need may be.
