Was excited to see Total War with a small shot style like this, ready to drink and can bring to work or have in bag when traveling. Tastes refreshing and goes down easy. Has a good amount of caffeine and vitamins to power your workout or day! No stomach upset and has a good taste. Really have enjoyed these over the powders I typically use. Also like that it comes in a handy box that works to store in the cabinet or pantry.

I really like the taste of these, they remind me of those old wax grape juice bottles from decades ago. These are not for kids of course, but I like that they have a good dose of caffeine and B vitamins. There are graduation marks on the side to assist if you want to drink a third or a half instead of the whole thing all at once.

It’s easy to shoot one of these little things back and get jazzed up for a lift. Tons of caffeine and b vitamins in these things, but the taste is pretty intense. Overall it got me through some lifts that I otherwise would’ve blown off because I was tired.

Im giving this 3 stars because I might be the problem here. Given the name, the graphics and marketing and the relatively large bottle size, I was hoping to finally get an afternoon boost. Unfortunately I got nothing.
Pros:
– good value compared to competitors
– generous size
Neutral:
– I didn’t get any energy boost at all. Not even while starting with a full shot (they suggest you start with half)
Cons:
– tastes a lot like alcohol (might be the amount of alcohol sugars in it, specifically glycerol which is the second ingredient on the list)
– overly sweet (see above)
Overall it’s hard for me to recommend this, but it might work better for other people. If you don’t mind the high alcohol sugar count, and want energy shots at a reasonable cost, these might be good for you.

A 12oz can of soda is about 32 mg. Diet soda 42 mg. Brewed coffee just under 100 mg. The average person consumes about 150ish mg daily. This stuff packs 300 mg in a small shot sized bottle. WOW. It also contains B6, B12, niacin and Folate. All forms of B vitamins that help with energy. Honestly most B vitamins on the market are garbage. This product uses the best forms of B12 & B6. That’s huge. Good choice. Its folate is folic acid which you can do without. However that’s pretty much the type of folate you’ll usually find in B supplements. If they switched to L-5-methyltertrahydrofolate, it would be a step up. The bottles are wrapped on the outside. When ripped it also has a security cap. Twist the cap off and chug. The side has marks so you can see just how much you’re taking. I poured it into a glass (see pics). It’s like a slightly thicker water. Maybe like a very light syrup. Slight orange tint. I was hesitant cause I hate the taste of most of these types of shots. This however wasn’t that bad. It has a very slight orange/citrus type flavoring but not over powering at all. I handle caffeine well. I didn’t feel jittery but I certainly got an energy boost. If you find yourself looking for a kick, this would be a good choice.

The flavor has a metallic aftertaste but the vitamins included are great. I didn’t care much for the flavor but it does help wake me up when it’s sleepy day.
