i have been a user of this product for years I don’t do dairy so the is perfect, the flavor is great and works well by itself or in a protein shake. I don’t need the carbs that other products have and keeps the after workout hunger at bay,

This powder mixes with water completely. I put an once of milk. It’s not exactly ice cream truck strawberry shortcake but it’s a good flavor. No gas or bloating for me. I use it once a day with 2 scoops . I’m satisfied with it but the blueberry cobbler is way better. So ill probably try another flavor next. If you want a 120 calorie low sugar amazing flavor alternative to something sweet this is a good option. Tried the chocolate, strawberry shortcake and the blueberry cobbler. They were all good.

Tastes good and is light on my stomach. Whey is too heavy on my stomach, I get bloated and feel sick with whey but this stuff does this trick with a sacrifice to how much protein I get per serving of course. I usually take 2 scoops to get around 48g of protein per shake, so it only lasts me about a half month, not super sustainable financially but it is what it is, gotta get them gains.

I am a hard-core gym goer/weightlifter and have used protein powder for years. This is by far the best tasting protein powder. I haven’t bought any other protein since using MRE Lite I’ve tried strawberry, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, cookie, raspberry cheesecake, and others, and all of them are delicious. I love that they have a blend of real, whole food ingredients and that they use things like beet powder for coloring for the strawberry flavors instead of artificial food dyes.

Like most people who are looking at this product I am trying to lose weight. The items that appealed to me are: it’s animal based protein, it has very low carbs and sugars, there are choices other than chocolate.
For the animal based protein, there is no way i can verify it, so I have to take their word… but Redcon 1 seems to have an excellent reputation in the industry so that is not an issue.
On the choices, don’t get me wrong, I love chocolate… or at least I used to. Now if I eat chocolate I get a migraine so I no longer eat it… so when I see choices like Blueberry Cobbler, Dutch Apple Pie, Vanilla Shake and Peanut Butter cookie…. i was like… those are the things I eat and why I need to lose weight… so yeah. To do it all with 4g of carbs and 2g of sugar is unbelievable.
So how about the taste…. it taste as advertised (I have tried the cobbler, dutch apple pie and vanilla shake (cannot wit for the peanut butter cookie). And while I could not distinguish between Dutch apple pie and apple pie, it is very good. All the flavors are excellent and help with the sweet tooth (with only 2 grams of sugar).
How does it work? Well, if you are like me and you’ve been researching it, you read the reviews of people saying, “I felt full for 5+ hours…” etc. But those are people that don’t each much to begin with… if you are the type of person that can eat a double quarter pounder with fries and a large drink, a shake with 6-8 oz of fluid is not going to fill you up for hours, sorry to burst your bubble. The good news is, it will curb your hunger for 2-3 hours, especially if you drink plenty of water during the day. But think of t this way, a quarter pounder meal with fries is 1280 calories. This shake with 8 oz whole milk is 280 calories. So you could drink 5 of these and still have about the same calories than the quarter pounder meal. And 5 shakes will keep you feeling full throughout the day and they are better calories.
So far, I’ve been happy and the variety of flavors, hopefully, will mean I will not get bored or sick of a certain flavor.
I cannot speak on anything other than my own experience, but after substituting two meals a day with 3 shakes (lunch, middday snack, dinner) I am already seeing consistent weight loss on a daily basis. (It’s not all because of the shakes, I’ve upped my activity level as well).
