My doctor did a health checkup on me with a blood panel. On May 10th:
Total cholesterol 267

Triglycerides 328

UPDATE:
So I’d been taking these, two a day, for a few months and noticed a considerable drop in my libido- super unnerving for a man. It occurred to me that perhaps these also drop testosterone, so I did a little research. There is at least one study I found that it absolutely does. Turns out that cholesterol is needed to make testosterone, so cutting the source can affect the other. After 3 or so weeks of not taking it, I’m back to normal. So die of a heart attack early or lose some of your will to live? I’m not sure what the best choice is. You might not have this issue, but if you do, just cut the pills and give it some time.
She told me to get it down in 3 months or that she’d put me on statins. I ate a little less red meat- I ate as I pleased, but didn’t eat a pile of meat just because I could. This was easy. I ate a bit more veggies, and a bit more fresh eggs. Turns out that eggs don’t negatively impact your cholesterol but add to the good number. I have free range chickens and love eggs, so this was welcome information. And I took two of those pills every single day. My lab results from August 10th:
Total cholesterol 219 (18% reduction)
HDL 58 (14% increase)
Triglycerides 158 (52% decrease)
LDL 132 (20% reduction)
Your results may vary, but I got my numbers to a good place and avoided prescription meds with this stuff.

Started taking these with krill oil for natural cholesterol reduction. Taste is good. Capsules are about the size of a large adult vitamin, but are easy to swallow. Good value -very pleased overall.

I bought in June, and take 2 of the recommended 4 pills per day. Donated blood in May and was around 300. After taking these I went down to 232, then yesterday at 245. I am thrilled! Nothing else has worked. And I do find them easy to swallow.
