My knees ache when I run. As soon as I start taking these pills, a few days later the pain goes away. I love that they have turmeric in them because they have found that it is very effective for joint health . The only downside is you have to take three pills and they aren’t small. But that is no different than any other joint pills I’ve taken in the past. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t have an issue swallowing large tablets, but these are a challenge. It was difficult for me to swallow them just using water. I tried breaking them up which worked but was a pain plus I hate the taste. I have found that taking them with V8 makes the swallowing easy. I’m sure any viscous liquid would work. Don’t know if it will work for you but it certainly worked for me.
Still too early to give a fair review on the effectiveness but it seems to be helping.

I use this to keep my 14 y.o. Aussie moving. He has arthritis from years of frisbee. This helps keep inflammation and pain down to keep him mobile and happy. With the help of this supplement and some mushroom extracts he is still enthusiastic to go for 2-3 mile walks every day.

Was the only thing that helped me.
In day 1 I took the double dose (6 pills a day) since I was having almost unbearable pain after having injured my shoulders (tendinitis), and so far is the only thing that has relieved me of months of pain and discomfort. I have reordered this 4 or 5 times in almost 5 months.
The pills are big, especially if swallowing 6, but when you’re tired of so much pain and discomfort, you just swallow.
The best Glucosamine I have come across.

I liked the product It helped my pain a lot It took a few days Probly because I took it only once a day The product called for 3 thats hard to take that many that many times a day Thats kust me Or I would have gave it a 5 star .I was taking it for my osteo arthritis. I thought it eas going to be hard to swallow but it has a like silky coating.All in all a good product Its hard to find something that works for arthritis. 😁

Although my joint pain and stiffness has eased tremendously, I was not prepared for the intense hot flashes. After being out of menopause for years I now have tremendous hot flashes both day and night. After doing some research have concluded that the Baswellia is what is causing them. I read a couple other reports about women my age going back into hot flashes after using things with Baswellia in it. I still recommend the product for the other benefits just not for hot flashes. I paid to rush my delivery because I got sick of waking up with my joints swollen and achy.
I do spin classes often. I am physically active and work on my feet all day. I will go to see my Dr. Soon to discuss my achy body. After a lot of research and hearing reviews I opted for this product and Can I tell you how glad I purchased and started.
I did the recommended loading dose to start for day 1 and 2 of 3 tablets.
My tummy is a little bloated but my aches and joints are like 75% gone.
Day 3 I will go to 2 tablets once a day and see how I do. But WOW!!!! What a difference. THIS PRODUCT IS A WIN!! It’s not the cheapest but Def worth the $$.

The first thing to say about this is that it tastes awful. They really didn’t try to hide the flavor. And it’s kind of big. So it’s not that easy to swallow. But I do like the effect of the pill. I’m not sure if I’ll continue taking this brand, but it does help.
