First, it doesn’t work. Second, the lemon twist flavor is the worst. On top of that, they sell you two boxes and then you can’t return. Be aware this product causes diarrhea and vomiting.

I love that it puts you into Ketosis right away. Also this product is much cheaper than other Ketone products, which is a good thing for me. My pocketbook is not going to spend over $100 for other name brands, when this product gives you the same affect. Be careful if you’re a beginner, maybe try 1/3 of the packet in a full water bottle, then bump it up to 1/2 and slowly make your way up to a full one; otherwise, you might be spending your day in the toilet. I do love the product, and I love Orange flavored anything, but this Orange flavor is not a great flavor for me. I’ve tried the Grape and that flavor is pretty good, I’ll buy grape flavor again. I also don’t mind the chocolate, and I put half a packet of the chocolate in my morning coffee. So yes, I say give it a try, try a few flavors and you’ll be happy with this product getting you into ketosis quickly.

So I been playing with Keto on and off for the last couple years and I can’t get right LOL I been looking at this type of stuff for a while and Lord knows I cannot really afford it. HOWEVER, I am on Day 3 and here’s what I’ve learned. I took 2 the first day one in the morning one in the after noon and felt great all day. The stuff takes great to me, like I really like it, but I like orange dreamsicles. Anywho I kept testing myself for keytones all day and was in ketosis. The second day I didn’t take but one in the morning and I wasn’t hungry didn’t snack just ate my protein like usual, actually ate a lot less than normal. The third day I woke up feeling great tested myself and I’m in ketosis so I’m not going to take another one until I either test not in ketosis or cheat. Overall yes it’s a little pricey but I feel like if I use it right I won’t have to purchase too much. I feel great though and achieved ketosis much easier than I normally would. I bought these to lose a few pounds for vacation in a couple weeks. I will update if I’ve done that but I definitely feel my stomach going down a little already with all the water I been drinking. I also use LMNT salts for my water and it helps me drink more because I am not a great water drinker.

I will not start my day without one of these! It reminds me of a orange creamsicle, not to “tang-y” but a good flavor. I find it easy to mix, I typically put it in my cup and stir with a spoon or my shaker bottle and it dissolves easily and pretty quick. It is helping me stay in a mild ketosis (according to the meter) and does help with the cravings for the sugary/carbo foods that I sometimes crave. I have more energy and seem to be up and moving more and joints are starting to feel much better after about a month. My attention to detail and focus are increasing and with being able to stay on track with my food choices I’m seeing results again on the scale. I would recommend this product to friends and have recommended it.

My husband and I took the pru vit packs about 2 years ago and yes they worked. At that time those packets were $89 a box. And while we lost weight buying 2 boxes a month, more actually because they only have 20 packs in their boxes). It was getting expensive. So we stopped and it’s taken 2 years to slink our way back up the weight ladder.
Now these elevate keytones, in my opinion, work exactly as the other brand does. They suppress appetite and in my case clean out my system iykyk.
I took them day 1 in the morning about an hour later I was in the bathroom doing #2. On day 2 I decided to try a pack before bed(my fasting time) and while my belly hurt for at least an hour I didn’t poo, but y’all I was up every 2 hours peeing full on streams. After 2 days I’ve dropped 2 pounds. Mostly water weight from all that going in the night. Todays day 3 I’ve had my drink and I’ve been to the bathroom 3 times with watery #2 🤮 yeah it’s gross but I wanted to prepare you all for the reality.
My husband is taking them every morning and says his only symptom is feeling a little nauseous for his drive to work but it gets better everyday.
I’ll update at the end of this pack. But they do seem to do the same as the pru vit which is now $133 for a box of 20😳
As far as taste we are using the orange and I mix mine with sugar free almond milk. He uses water. It’s tart! Super tart. But with the almond milk it’s a tart dreamsicle taste. Might be the almond milk mix that’s giving me diarrhea who knows. Almond milk alone doesn’t do that to me.

I started using this brand a year ago while I was on a ketogenic diet for insulin resistance, and I’m still using them today. I’ve tried Prüvit, and it’s very similar in effect and taste at about 3x the cost. I think all ketones taste horrible, it’s just the nature of the product – slightly bitter and salty, disguised by the sweetness of mixed berry. Yeehaw! 🤠 But these are really high quality ketones that I hope to be able to buy for a very long time!
Recently I was diagnosed with POTS, and iykyk, we must consume sodium in excess compared to the normal body. I thought I would try this instead of paying for LMNT or Liquid IV, as the sodium content in these ketones is pretty significant. Not only are these cheaper than name brand electrolyte supplements, but they do indeed provide me with energy and improved performance, mental clarity, and they stave off hunger leading to slight weight loss, even though I’m no longer on a ketogenic diet. 10/10, I highly recommend!
