I’m really cautious of reviews, so I normally try to post real information for others who are like me.
I just received this package two days ago and it came in a well insulated box and was frozen solid; not even slightly thawed. I immediately put all but a green shake, a meal replacement shake, and a skinny boost in the freezer (the rest went into the fridge for today).
I just had my first full day and I’m honestly a little shocked at how good the taste was. I almost cringed wondering what the green one tasted like, but I had the “Sweet Greens” and it was delicious! The vanilla cashew was also really good. My favorite was the skinny shot, so naturally that one is the smallest out of the bunch haha.
I’ve done other things like this in the past in order to kick my awful snacking habit and am hoping to do it again and get me back on healthy eating. So far, I have hopes with this since I’m not thinking about snacking the whole day (and they’re tasty and packed with stuff I don’t like to eat, so that’s great).
I’m not really in this for weight loss at all (since it’ll probably be water weight or bloat that I lose), but I’m hoping that curbing the hunger by doing this week will really push me to my ultimate goal of being healthy, happy, and hopefully lose some weight from that in the process.

The stay skinny program has been a game changer for me. I like the consistency in flavor and LOVE the customer service. About 2 weeks ago an order I placed didn’t make it to my door step. All of the lunch shakes have cashew. I’m allergic to cashew and I never saw anything that said they’d all have nuts. So I’ve lost a 3rd of the program. But green smoothies and skinny boost are really good. But don’t think I’m getting money back for those 7 shakes

At least 3 days before you start a juice fast, go vegan. If you can’t commit to that, eat clean & get you plumbing moving (no bread, cheese, potatoes, or chocolate). Otherwise, you’ll end up a mess (nausea & muddy type stool & lots of it 😳 which are hard to pass with regular type BMs).

I never found instructions. I emailed the seller / info and asked about them. The support was not helpful.
There are more instructions on Amazon description than what come with the package.
I’ve ordered 4 different packages: Fuel Pack, 3 day cleanse, 7 day cleanse, and the boost shot.
All the same; only pretty pull out pamphlets with how great their product is.
Mine took longer to ship than expected (posted): the bottles had mostly thawed out. The support said they were ok as long as some iced product remained in bottles.

I wrote a long review and got knocked out of the site. This product is amazing. Tastes amazing. I got the 7 day post cleanse because I didn’t know what I was doing. She provides you with all you need and explains the program so you can shop and stick to the plan. Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 Yesss delicious! I didn’t cheat and I started this morning 8 a.m. and 1 pm and 6 pm. I’m not hungry. Wth. I’m always hungry. Snacking. Something. And I love the ingredients. Don’t forget to scan the HELPING you succeed section. Amazing! I can’t wait to order the next plan. As someone who likes fruits and vegetables and has juiced in the past, most of these are great! I even kept some ingredients of some in case I want to make my own. I followed the directions and rarely felt hungry except maybe once a day and would have a salad or small meal with mainly protein and veggies, not much bread or pasta for the week. I lost 9 pounds and had regular bowel movements. Not much bad to say!
