Kudzu Root with Oat Straw Extract + Vitamin C by Vegavero
(90 Capsules at 2 per day = 45 Day Supply)
Vegavero Is A Good Company with A Good Website
It does NOT say on this bottle, but on their website, it says their products are Vegan, Lab Tested, and Made In Germany.
It Doesn’t Say They Are for Hair Regrowth, so What’s Up With That?
The all time best capsules for Hair Regrowth and Thickening was Hair Regrowth for Men by NuHair. They were so good at restoring my hair, my barber noticed it first. They had Kudzu Extract among other things. I’m taking most of those things separately, but Kudzu was missing from the things I’ve been taking lately.
21mg of Vitamin C?
I don’t know why there’s a tiny amount of Vitamin C in these – 21mg instead of 1,000mg that most Vitamin C supplements have, but…
I’m Glad These Have Oat Straw Too
Oat Straw has silica, so it’s also great for hair regrowth and thickening.
Expiration Date
November 2027. Arrived December 2024.

I’ve been using Kudzu Root Extract for a couple of weeks now, mainly to support my overall health. It’s easy to take, and I feel like it’s helping with energy levels. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in how I’m handling daily stress, which is a nice bonus. No complaints so far—it’s simple and natural, and I’m sticking with it for now.
I’ve tried other brands in the past, and this reminds me of the genuine kudzu effects.
Customer Review –
After weighing a serving size of this on my calibrated scale, I was pleasant surprised to see that this totally checked out! Although this is no guarantee of quality, it is a good sign that at least the quantity of ingredients is correct as listed on the label.

I wish it was pretty much straight up kudzu, rather than also including vitamin C and oat straw. But this was the best source of kudzu that I could find. it is not organic, but I suspect that is because it grows wild, in which ccase there may not be much of a way to control how it is actually growing. Important thing is that this is a good source of a healthy food that’s a stable and other countries and that most Americans probably don’t even know is edible, much less good for you! Happy to have a source of it right here on Amazon.

I just started taking this KUDZU supplement and am happy with it so far
I never took KUDZU as a supplement but have used it to thicken things in my cooking!
I like that it has arceola (whole vitamin c) in it as well as oat straw and is a 90 day supply
It is GMO FREE , made for a company in Germany and also vegan
The price is very fair IMHO
It came packaged and sealed well

Happy Vegan –
As a health-conscious vegan, I appreciate the focus on natural ingredients, and Vegavero Kudzu Root capsules deliver a solid product. With 12,000 mg of kudzu root (Pueraria lobata) extract, this supplement offers a noteworthy 40% isoflavones, which are often associated with supporting hormonal balance during menopause, reducing inflammation, and promoting overall well-being. The added oat extract and vitamin C from Acerola enhance its potential benefits, especially in terms of antioxidant support.
However, while the product is marketed as 100% vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial additives like magnesium stearate and gelatin, it’s important to note that the purity of plant-based supplements can vary, and trace amounts of non-vegan ingredients are sometimes found in capsules or processing. If you’re strictly looking for complete transparency, especially with fillers and manufacturing processes, it would be ideal to contact the company for more detailed production info.
The formula is a blend of traditional wisdom with modern health science, which is appreciated, but as with any supplement, consider consulting with a healthcare professional to ensure it aligns with your specific health needs. It’s not just about avoiding non-vegan ingredients—prudently evaluating the actual impact on your health goals is key. This product seems to prioritize quality, but as a health-seeking vegan, I encourage skepticism and awareness of broader industry practices.

It’s recommended to take two capsules per day. The capsules are a little bit longer in length than the probiotic and multivitamin capsules I am used to. I struggled to swallow them the first time taking it, and had to spit one out. Since then, I have been taking them one at a time, and separately from any other supplements. Haven’t had any further issues.
The capsules don’t have any scent or taste, from what I can tell. As a bit of a hippie, I like the relatively clean ingredients list.
I haven’t sensed any effects, positive or negative, just yet (having taken it about a week). It’s encouraging that I seem to digest it just fine, but only time will tell if there are benefits and whether it is something I should continue taking.

The packaging for Vegavero’s Kudzu root supplement is straightforward, emphasizing its support for menopause with a natural approach. It’s non-GMO and vegan, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. The addition of oat extract and vitamin C might aid in its benefits, but the exact impact on menopausal symptoms isn’t clear from the label. The quality feels good, but like many supplements, personal results will vary.
Fun Fact: Kudzu root has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for millennia for various health purposes. Company Fact: Vegavero was founded in 2014 with a mission to provide high-quality, plant-based supplements.
