I got these for my friend at work that suffers from depression and anxiety which adversely effects his sleeping. I started reading about ashwaganda benefits and he wanted to try taking them for a while to see if they did anything. He’s been taking one a day for the past two weeks and it has definitely helped his anxiety. Now when he comes into my office he is noticeably more relaxed and conversations are more fun. It’s hard to say if these vitamins are helping him sleep better or if the fact that he started going in to work at 5am at the same time is to be credited for that.
I did some comparing and it looks like the price per capsule of these is slightly higher than other brands but it’s also offering more than straight ashwaganda so it seems fair to me.

So far seems like good stuff. This had what I needed as far as 250 mg go for ashwagandha. The astragalus root seems a little high but not bad. This has a nice simple complex mix that I was looking for with quality ingredients. I suggest visiting the website Siberian green for more info if your interested as they have other blends as well

I recently tried the Siberian Green Organic Ashwagandha Root supplement and I must say, I didn’t experience any negative side effects. As for the possible benefits, it’s hard to tell at this point. I would need to continue taking it for a longer period of time to see if it has any noticeable effects. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try if you’re interested in incorporating ashwagandha into your supplement routine.

I received the supplement container well sealed and with the expiration date 07/2023, more time than sufficient to consume it.
The capsules size are reasonable and easy to swallow.
It is very difficult to evaluate the efficacy of supplements in general, Ashwagandha is well known to help reduce stress and increase the performance at the gym. I started to take the capsules yesterday and will update here after the end of the capsules telling if it helped me or if I had any side effect.

Really nice brand of Ashwagandha. I like that it comes with other herbs too including ginsing, holy basil, astragalus, amla fruit, and even a little maca. The only down side is that there’s less Ashwagandha root in this product than in the other one I was taking. You can take two though and get pretty close.
Has 60 capsules so it can last 2 months, or double up for a single month supply.
We use Ashwagandha for a variety of health issues and like how it works.
The capsules are easy to swallow and about standard size gelatin pills.

I got this to help me with anxiety and be more calm throughout the day. I have used ashwagandha root with much success, and also rhodiola with much success. I have only ever used them separately, and usually make a tea out of them. It was nice to find the mixture of them in an easy to take supplement. They are easy to take and no smell that I notice. I do like that it relaxes me throughout the day.

It’s hard to review supplements because you need to take them for months before (and if) you notice any changes. All I can say right now is that this supplement is odorless and tasteless and does not cause any side effects for me.

These capsules are really green! Easy to swallow and taste free. I like the combo of ashwagandha with astragalus and ginseng. Eliminates the need to take separate capsules for these other products. Hard to know if it is really helping on a day-to-day basis, but I like to think that it is!
