It’s very soothing and effective on a treatment of a skin rash caused by gnat bites , I’ve been using in conjunction with a prescription hydrocortisone cream and with organic , unrefined and cold pressed coconut oil . And if your sales go up on this product give me a discount Amazon , since I plan to buy it again when it’s used up

Loved the product but the cap wasn’t a completely screwed on and a little leaked out. Great price!

I was searching for a body wash that was truly scent free and in the past the label says scent free but when you look at the ingredients there is fragrance in it. This product is true to its description. If your looking for absolutely no scent this is the soap for you. Love how it makes my body soft and feeling clean.

I actually purchased this for my boyfriend, who suffers from minor-moderate eczema. He’s tried a lot of different body washes and lotions, and really only stuck to Aveno. Everything would either work for a little bit, and then actually make it worse, or just irritate his skin overall. We were looking for something natural and found this. It’s organic, which is a huge plus. The list of ingredients is very short, which always looks good with any product.

Also, this body wash is literally unscented – ever notice that a lot of unscented products actually have a pretty strong scent to it? Even worse – a lot of “unscented” products have “fragrance” listed in their ingredients. What gives? But not this body wash.

Quoting from my boyfriend: “You immediately feel the effects of this body wash as soon as you start rubbing it on yourself. It feels very moisturizing.” Another really great thing about this body wash is that a little goes a LONG way. And I mean it. I suffer from very minor breakouts of eczema myself on my inner elbows, mainly when it gets too warm (steam from washing dishes or sleeping all curled up in a sweatshirt), and I take a microscopic dot and lather it for both elbows.

Overall, my boyfriend said he LOVES this product, and he definitely wants me to order a bunch more. Goodbye 67-unpronounceable-ingredient brand body washes, and hello Rainbow Research organic. 🙂

I bought this for myself because I was looking for a body wash that was good for skin with eczema that also contained colloidal oatmeal. I use colloidal oatmeal bath powder treatments for baths and it works great but I wanted something just as soothing for showers. This is a wonderful, natural product with soothing ingredients like comfrey, chamomile and calendula. It feels great on my skin and is very moisturizing; I notice that I actually feel more moisturized after applying my lotion than I do when I shower with other products and then moisturize with the same lotion, so there’s a noticeable difference. I got crazy and tried it as a shampoo and was amazed at how conditioning the lather felt. Later my hair felt soft and wonderful and I didn’t even use conditioner – and no itchy scalp which I usually have all winter. I also wash my face with it since it’s so gentle and moisturizing, so for me this is my new all-in-one shower product, I absolutely love it. And no fragrance! I have no complaints whatsoever other than wishing for a giant-size bottle. I highly recommend this for dry, itchy or sensitive skin.

    Makes me itchy

This bath oil is the only kind my sensitive skin can tolerate. If you pour it under the tap you get a fun bubble bath. There is no scent. It doesn’t bother me anywhere. I’ve never been able to use bath products especially scented or bubble bath stuff. Please use a bath mat in the tub and hang onto grab bars. It will make the tub SLIPPERY. RINSE TUB WELL AFTER USE!!!

Wow, when they said it was unscented, they weren’t kidding! I thought “unscented” meant that there were no added artificial fragrances, but this thing doesn’t even have a hint of a natural oatmeal smell, which is a little disappointing because I love the smell of oatmeal. Instead it has a very faint herbal smell, and I can only smell it when I put my nose up to the bottle with the cap off. I can’t smell a thing when I actually use it.

I have skin that tends to be dry all the time; in high school, I even had a temporary case of skin asthma. Oatmeal skin products seem to be the only ones that lock the moisture in without irritating my skin, so I tend to stick with them. I bought this product because I was looking for an oatmeal body wash that was better than Aveeno. Aveeno uses SLS, so I thought I’d try to find a different product without SLS which will be more gentle and less drying on my skin. Amazon didn’t list the ingredients of this product, so I wasn’t actually sure that it didn’t have SLS, but the name “Rainbow Research” seemed hippie enough for me to take the chance. True enough, it’s SLS-free. (Full ingredients listed below.)

When I received the product, I was quite surprised to find that it’s a clear, colorless gel. The bottle is a semi-transparent blue plastic. For some reason, I was expecting the product to be more like a cream…probably more like the regular Aveeno body washes, I suppose. It lathers up enough so it’s easy to spread, and it seems to be doing a better job than the green “Skin Soothing” Aveeno body wash at keeping my skin from getting too dry in the winter.

Full ingredients of this product as follows: Purified water, Decyl Glucoside (Corn), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Coconut), Avena Sativa (OAT) Kernel Flour, Vegetable Glycerine, Organic Extracts of Aloe Vera Chamomile Flower, Calendula Flower, and Comfrey, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Panthenol, Sodium PCA, Sodium Chloride, Sorbic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxytol (Green Tea).

All in all, recommended for people battling with dry skin. I’m going to keep using this until I find something that smells more oatmealy.
