    I’ve been taking regular Qunol CoQ10 for a very long time, so I expect these will be even more beneficial since this is the active form and should be absorbed by the body faster and more effictively. I ran out of the regular CoQ10 today and will take the first of these tomorrow. I see no reason to expect they won’t be even better for me.

    Thanks, KL, for your very informative review. It was a major part of my decision to buy these instead of my usual regular CoQ10.

    For the people who commented and included pictures in their reviews of these arriving melted into a blob. None of them (of the ones I looked at) looked like they were actually melted. It looked like they were just stuck together. Put them in the fridge for a while (or maybe even in the freezer), then shake the bottle hard while they’re cold, and I bet the clump will fall apart. Can’t hurt, anyway.

    You can’t beat the quality and the brand for the price? I have bought it repeatedly! If you need to add CoQ10 daily, this is the one I would recommend. It is Ubiquinol, not Ubiquinone, which is absorbed better by the body. No funky taste with it and is easy to take.

    I bought this product and the capsules were stuck together. I tried to reach in with my finger to get them apart but could only get a couple of them out. I was about ready to give up on them but shook it and a couple came apart. I then started to bang it into the palm of my hand and they started to break apart even more. I dumped the loose ones out and repeated the process until they all came apart. It’s a hassle, but it works.
    The product works well and would be better if they didn’t stick together.
