Omega-3s are recognized as healthy, but I’ve always used a grain based supplement, as the fish oil one was rejected by my stomach & would come back up the minute it was ingested. This doesn’t cause me any issues.

Statins can potentially affect muscles so there are studies that indicate taking ubiquinone is good for that. This is my go-to brand for top quality ubiquinol and ubiquinone. You can use CoQ10 which is a little bit cheaper but does not disseminate in the body as well as ubiquinol.
